An informal and modest all day dining, natural light comes through during the day and supplementary augments the ambience. The spacious in-house farm adds to its charm. On the menu is a Modern European and Contemporary Indian flavour, everything is carefully prepared to best guarantee comfort and impeccable service. The chef concocts delicious dishes: and an artistic symphony of marvellous, supreme and refined flavours, combining old favourites and new recipes. The millet, citrus, greens, maple and balsamic dressing salad is a fine example of how they use fresh greens from their garden. Sweet delicacies like Caramelized Hazelnut, Chocolate & Saffron Milk Bar Candied Orange, Lemon Curd, Mango Coulis are a delicious round off to this wonderful meal; you do not want to miss it!
Good food choice, vibrant colour , ample portion, good seating arrangement, attentive service level, overall enjoyable experience
A group of us had Sunday Brunch at Pluck and had a very nice time. The restaurant was not crowded which was very nice. Music in Pluck was nice and relaxing. The food options were many with plenty of veg and non veg choices. Service provided by Rohit and Kamal was exceptional. They were extremely friendly and very attentive to our group throughout the meal.
terrific waiter . Wonderful service. Super helpful, friendly. Just like everyone at the hotel. Highest recommendation for all who visit dehli. I look forward to my next visit
My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing breakfast at Pluck and the pastries are to die for... they were so yummy! I recommend this to anybody travelling through Delhi as it is close to the airport and it is the ideal place to stoip and enjoy good food and coffee
I have been there for breakfast and had great experience. Very tasty food and very kind staff. Special thanks to Chef Kapil and Siksha.
Our culinary adventure is not limited to fancy sushi houses or South American menus any more. We have evolved as a diner since Delhi has become even more gutsy in its choices, bringing forth an era of change to our palates. Taking this revolutionary initiative is our very own ‘Pluck’ that takes you on a culinary journey of modern Indian cuisine. Luxurious fine dining is not about just grandeur any more, the menu too receives a modern uplift by a chef’s creativity and vision. Pluck is located at Pullman New Delhi in Aerocity, falling quite near to the airport so you can stop by for a spectacular bite before flying. Give your palate a new boost of life and your senses a kick by having a gorgeous meal at Pluck.
The concept of Pluck is pretty unique and quite new to our Indian fine dining scene. The menu endorses an equal balance between modern Indian and contemporary European cuisine, by afflicting modern techniques on traditional Indian cuisine. Pluck believes in serving farm to table and is the only restaurant in Delhi NCR that comes with an attached vegetable & herb garden. Take a stroll in the garden before sitting down for the meal to whet your appetite by observing what will eventually reach your plate. You will notice the green touch throughout the menu. Commence with, salmon tartar, golgappa & caviar, kaffir lime paneer tikka, mutton pepper fry and tandoor roasted amritsari salmon. Second course goes forward with, confit duck leg, three mushroom risotto, paneer lababadar involtini, five lentils crusted fish, trilogy of lamb, smoked aubergine & thyme tortellini and six hour cooked Belgium pork belly.
Pamper your sweet tooth with desserts like, dark milk chocolate, hazelnut praline, hot caramelized Anjou pear, baked gulab jamun crème brulee, Greek custard with rasmalai parfait, strawberry rasgulla 360 degree dome and gulkand white chocolate. Pluck brings in the same sharpness and same modernity of its menu to its décor. Interiors are crisp, contemporary and unapologetically elegant. Premises are vastly spacious with plenty of natural light flooding in from the picture windows. If you truly want to enjoy the luxury of natural elements then ask to be seated next to the window so you could take in the lovely manicured garden in between the courses. Expensive yet transitional.
