The vibrant colours, the fresh interiors, and the influx of natural lighting, give Café Pluck an edge above the rest. This modern yet chic café incorporates the usage of organic ingredients that are freshly plucked from its very own vegetable and herb garden. The menu focuses on creating a sustainable eating lifestyle for its guests and aims at promoting locally available ingredients. The menu also highlights a wide range of freshly squeezed juices, depending on the seasonal fruits and vegetables, the diner can also choose, from a selection of healthy soups, street snacks, wraps and sandwiches, salads, mains etc. The must-try items from the pluck bakery would include the 'Banana Walnut Bread' and their buttery 'Croissant' which is absolute to die for, the croissant pairs excellent with a hot cup of 'Tea'. The 'Croque Monsieur' is addictive. Café Pluck also endorses a good selection of teas to choose from. Overall making it a go-to place for locals as well as travellers.
We had a conference at this hotel and had one meeting at the cafe - cappuccino was Rs 175! Cheaper than Starbucks! Got the other client here only 2 hrs later. Cheapest option. We had the following : 1. cappuccino - good 2. Hot chocolate - excellent 3. Non veg club sandwich - decent ( including bacon for Rs 700 - a bit expensive but good 4 large pieces - sufficient for 2 people. So ok ) They gave a lot of cookies with the coffee and worth it.
Amazing food and ambience. Had the best time having Variety of cuisines and top notch flavours for your pallet!! very friendly, attentive servers who cater to your every needs.Thanku Vikas pal for bright future .
Also to remember that the servers name was Ashish and Nisha were the best and added extra value to the food flavor.
I have visited this place a few times in the past aswell but still the coffee with pullman logo on it brings a smile on face. . not only does it look good but tastes amazing too..Went there to pick up a cake and could resist myself from sipping my cafe late.. a nice ambience with energetic staff greeting you with smile adds to the charm of the place. the cafe surely comes with a great selection of desserts. The truffle cake was fresh and relished by everyone at my place. If you need dessert for one or a whole party, this is the ticket. this place would not disappoint you for sure.
Pluck restaurant at Pullman New Delhi Aerocity focuses on serving Modern Indian & Contemporary European flavoured dishes and has some pretty decent repertoire as I am soon to realize. I am here to taste the new dishes introduced by the restaurant. The new menu has some exciting sounding dishes and their USP of food made from freshly plucked greens of Pluck 5000 square feet in house vegetable and herb garden, promises to only make things better. I am met by Chef Shyam Dhar Rai, the new Chef of Pluck, along with Chef Ajay Anand, Director of Culinary, Pullman & Novotel New Delhi Aerocity. Pluck has pleasant European inspired interiors with muted colours, which is beautifully reflected in the first dish on the table – an indulgent and delicious Lobster Bisque with Chantilly cream and lobster butter (Rs 1000). The soup is a sum of various parts, each of which are served separately, and has to be assembled as per personal fancy. I am helped by Shyam and follow his suggestions to put my soup together, which is like a party on the palate. Next to arrive is the salad course. The vegetarian Textures of Amaranth with turmeric poached apples, feta, pomegranate and yuzu lime dressing (Rs 700) has myriad textures and a fresh taste. The starter course has a somewhat unorthodox pairing which works well. The dish of Pan roasted scallops with caramelized cauliflower, pressed crispy rice, honey and truffle dressing (Rs 850) is most enjoyable. Who would have thought cauli and scallops could tango? They do and do so happily. After the high of the first three courses, the main course struggles to match the impact. The vegetarian option of Five grain, peas and carrot with ricotta filled zucchini, ragi grapefruit salad (Rs. 800) is interesting without being scintillating. Dukkah Spiced Chicken with sesame garlic mash, prunes, straw mushroom and pepper jus (Rs. 900) is regrettably overcooked and dry, and the shining star of the main course options is Spicy Miso Salmon with Wakame gnocchi, trio colour quinoa, shrimp and nori leather (Rs. 1500) is perfectly cooked and very tasty. The Indian Curry leaf Podi dusted braised Lamb with Barley Pulao, masala pan jus (Rs. 1200) is again a fascinating combo with the barley pulao binding the whole dish together. Dessert are delicious too. Pain Perdu (traditional French toast with caramel ice cream; Rs. 600) is comforting, Mont Blanc (chestnut and cream, mushroom meringue; Rs. 600) is delicately delicious and Pliable Chocolate with Mandarin Sorbet (Rs. 600) is a chocoholic’s fantasy. Last but not the least the plating of Chef Shyam and his team is amongst the best I have seen. While it is easy to plate a European course well, the visualization of the Indian dishes is truly impressive. So if you want to indulge yourself and do not mind splurging a bit, head to Pluck and pamper your palate.
How seriously do you take your coffee? Is coffee for you is just something warm and milky to drink when you want to wake up your brain? Or you actually adore that bitter after taste of the brew and know the difference between Americano and Espresso? Hardcore coffee fanatics have a new destination in shape of ‘Café Pluck’, which is a gorgeous coffee shop located a little further from the main city. If you don’t mind travelling a bit far for that perfect brew then Café Pluck is your port of call. This 24X7 coffee shop housed in Pullman New Delhi at Aerocity, makes you want to sit there quietly with a book drinking your coffee in peace. Although they serve a full-fledged food menu, coffee is their main kick. It’s something they excel at and are well-versed.
Café Pluck is open all day long and being located in Aerocity sees a lot of action day and night. Travelers flying in or out pours in at odd hours looking for a fulfilling bite before hitting the sack. They don’t do alcohol, which is a pleasant surprise. Menu is Continental with some usual Café suspects. Variety is good and well thought of. Plenty of comforting options are put on the menu, a fact we like. Start your day with a heathy breakfast at Café Pluck. Guzzle down a glass of fresh juice on the side. Those visiting around dinnertime can focus on the main course, which entails dishes like, spaghetti truffle mushroom, chicken burger, butter chicken, Napolitano pizza, stir fried cottage cheese with schezwan chilli, Bombay keema ghotala, grilled fish of the day and pan seared chicken in mint jus.
Finish your meal with a simple ice cream. Appetizers and salad section is tempting enough to fill your appetite, eat accordingly. The earthy comfort of their food extends into their décor as well. The interiors of Café Pluck are done in a modern stylish way without losing the sense of comfort and welcome. A long wall of plate glass windows flanks the room on one side, flooding it with an abundance of sunshine. Pick a table with a cozy setting for two near the windows or a long community-style table near to the counter as per your requirement. Ambience is warm, relaxing and welcoming, all the things necessary for a great café. Café Pluck is affordable, another plus.
