This Christmas, Brewsky has a Christmas Menu That Will Ring in the Spirit Just Right!
Friends, Family and a Great Christmas Menu
24 Dec, 2017 by Ruth DSouza PrabhuYes, it is the Christmas season and one of South Bangalore’s top breweries is putting out a no-stops menu for Christmas to enjoy all through the month. This specially curated menu is an eclectic mix of Christmas classics as well as International holiday favourites with some interesting twists. Take a look at what you have in store.
Start off your meal with the Tarragon Scented Roasted Pumpkin Soup with Jalapenos and Spinach Tortellini. This hearty soup is topped off with Caramelized Onion, walnut and served with a goat cheese crostini that makes it perfect for the nippy weather. A variation of this soup is the Crab Bisque.
Choose from a range of starters like the Feta Cheese and Spinach Tartlets, the Cheesy Baked Mushroom Bun Boats or the meat version Cheesy BBQ Bun Boats. Also great to have on the table is the Roasted Veggie and Cheddar Sambusek as well as the Wine Braised Lamb and cheese Sambusek. You will not regret having the Tandoori Prawns and Bell Pepper Tartlets. When you are headed into the main course – you have Roast Turkey with apple sage and walnut stuffing turkey gravy with cranberry sauce or you could opt for the Pork Wellington with Dauphinoise potato, buttered veggies and green peppercorn sauce.
All of these dishes will go extremely well with the specially curated beverage menu. Choose from the classic mulled wine which is given a final steeping at the table. Or try the obsessed by Winter Wind - sparkling wine, fresh cucumber, dry jasmine and green apple as well as the Door to Heaven – dried fig vanilla ice cream and mix berry and banana.
