Top Restaurants In Delhi NCR Creating A Buzz

Delhi’s weather has been on a trip of its own with the scorching heat and sudden downpours that lasts a few minutes. The only thing constant in the capital is the growing number of eateries creating a massive pool of choices. Here is a list of some recently opened places that one should definitely try.

As you read the name, you’ll sense a feeling of familiarity as you must have read the name multiple times in the last one month. Yes, IHOP is a newly opened American joint that has been creating a buzz for its pancakes and other breakfast options. Located in Cyber Hub, this spacious and vibrant looking place serves a variety of American delicacies; from Breakfast trays and Burgers to pasta and delicious shakes. It stands out for its Pancakes, and one must try their New York Cheesecake and Chocolate Choco Chip flavours.

Despite all the traffic and puddles, Monsoon in Delhi means a breath of fresh air. Terrace seating is most searched for in this weather, and Jazbaa in Rajouri Garden offers just the right ambience at the right time. With a spacious indoor seating, quirky décor and a massive terrace, it sports a great ambience. Their extensive multicuisine menu is enough to satisfy all your food cravings; Classic Chicken Wings and Sandwich Pizza are must-haves. The place becomes more of a night club at night on certain days of the week.

This much-hyped entrant is Chef Micheal Swamy’s maiden venture in Delhi which offers South American cuisine in a fine dining area. Nueva’s black and grey décor with glamourous lighting gives it a chic ambience. If you are trying this cuisine for the first time, then Chicken Shashlik Piri Piri and Chili Lime Shrimp are interesting and safe appetizers. Do try their mocktails and desserts which are quite popular for their presentation.

Namak Mandi is a newly opened delight in DLF Promenade offering delectable Awadhi delicacies. Their subtle décor with a traditional hint and ambient lighting gives it an inviting vibe. The qawwali music adds to the charm of this place. The menu might seem a tad bit overpriced, but the Qureshi flavours are worth every penny. Burrah kabab and Galawati Kabab are great appetizers.

Lately Rajouri Garden has been overflowing with restaurants and cafés and Too Indian joins the troupe. With its innovative concept of a retail store along with delectable Indian delicacies with a modern twist, Varun Puri has created quite a stir in the city. The décor is chic and the well-lit ambience with several lamps and chandelier gives an inviting vibe. The Nutella Shake served in a Nutella jar is a popular shake. Do try Dal Khao Suey if you want to indulge in a fusion of Indian and Burmese flavours.
