It is said that wood-fired pizzas are often made with whole wheat rather than refined flour, thus making them healthier. So let us guide you, and help you find the most authentic wood-fired pizzas around you!

Amici Café

Talk of wood-fired pizzas and this is the perfect start. The pizzas range across three types of crusts: Roman crust, Amici signature crust and the whole wheat crust. A lovely ambience and serious Italian fare, the pizzas here are comparatively reasonably priced and done well.

Olive Bar and Kitchen

This beautiful restaurant with a Mediterranean theme, and an open air wood-fired pizza oven, serves hot and freshly-baked pizzas. Specify the kind of crust you want, and you won’t stand disappointed. We absolutely love the idea of organic wheat flour pizza for the health conscious.

World Pizza Journey

The hustle bustle of Hauz Khas may lead you to this quiet eatery, which does all kinds of pizzas. Handmade pizzas baked in an Italian wood-fired oven are just the thing to unwind with.
