A concise pool bar menu spreading across the oriental cuisine trail is the apt way to summarize this scintillating fare. A small menu is ideal as alongside an extensive drink menu works in perfect unison, especially next to the pool that adds an aura of calm. Start off with a cool beer and a Buttered popcorn with a choice of toppers as aptly called. You can choose flavours ranging from the Asian 5 spice to curry powder or my personal favourite the Thai sweet chilli. A very innovative concept. You are the creator of your own menu here with a multitude of options. The magic lies in the charcoal BBQ menu. The Bulgogi Korean Pork Ribs with toasted sesame and Korean spicy glaze hit the spot. For the vegetarians try the Cottage Cheese with chilli wrapped in leaves. The Meat Skewers are a perfect marriage with the heady cocktails doled out by the affable bartender. The Tenderloin with kaffir lime and teriyaki skewers were soft and melted in one's mouth. A great sitting- either in the pool or outside for some delectable Asian cuisine.
