Nestled at the Fern Kadamba on the plateau lies a Tinto of culinary delight. A place synonymous with the gatherings of the daily folk in Goan lore still followed today, the establishment holds the legacy of the concept with swanky interpretations of a multitude of gastronomic pleasures. For the starters, try the 'Shrimp and Butter Bean Bisque' - a thick and creamy prawn concoction or the Spinach and mushroom soup with Parmesan croutons a chef’s special. The 'Crispy Noodle Salad' with julienne tomatoes and pineapple tossed in Asian sauce adds a perfect touch to lace you for the mains. A portion of 'Risotto Con Pollo e Olive' is filling with 'Carnoli Rice cooked with garlic, white wine and Grilled Chicken Drizzled with black olives and parmesan cream'.
