In the day of things being produced a dime a dozen, this is a new-fashioned approach to a quick meal. A concept defined by Sundar Aaron with the introduction of the special rotisserie roast chicken. Sit across it and see it grilling on a spit sans oil cooking in its own fat. The seating is modern minimalistic in this corner shop with big open windows and wooden tables with high metal chairs to perch on. Choose your chicken and a flavour of marination while it cooks in front of you. Try the hot and mean flavour, one of three with the chicken marinated with paprika and chilli flakes or the crispy chicken skin. Order as per consumption with the whole, half or quarter cluck as they are aptly referred too. For the sides may we recommend the chilli potato garlic and the mashed potatoes with the lemon garlic mayo sauce. Standards are consistent with each chicken weighing in at 1.3kgs and all the meats being halal, catering to one and all’s dining needs.
