The all-day dining restaurant at the Marriott encompasses an á la carte menu that satisfies dining options for whatever your taste desires. One can sit in air conditioned comfort or on the open terrace. A modern formal dining space, very up to date, yet chic with the swimming pool just outside the bay windows, entices you. A centrally located bar is at your service. The buffet has a wide offering but a quick glace through the menu showcases fine dine preparations or a 'chaat styled meal.' Try the Norwegian smoked salmon with capers and extra virgin olive oil or opt for the Thai marinated grilled prawns in a lemon grass reduction. If ‘chaat’ is your calling, indulge yourself in the dahi bhalla papdi chaat and top it off with a sweet paanki rasmalai.
The best place to have lucknowi food in Goa Marriott Resort and Spa with a variety of veg and non veg dishes. The buffet starts with soup and salads along with starters and live counters both veg and non veg. Lavishly spread main course and desert counter. The ambience of the restaurant suits the food festival and the main chef will have word with you for your valuable feedback.
Lovely food good textures perfect use of spices in the food. The service was spot on. Had a lovely time with my family.
Been here for lunch. The menu was big enough comprising of Indian, Asian and Italian. Their salads and desserts were the best. A big shout out to Anil who helped us throughout.
Excellent food, good service especially mutton dishes were fabulous worth visiting for dining for Nawab's Hyderabadi Cuisine and try Mutton Nehari superb dish
The breakfast buffet at this restaurant was amazing. The price was extremely cheap and the selection was magnificent. Continental, English and Indian options were available. The dosas were delicious, as were the parathas. The fresh juice was wonderful and the staff were extremely accommodating. Worth having a large breakfast and then skipping lunch!
Some restaurants pride themselves on hitting the right spot, with their fabulous cooking and even more fantastic ambience. They are what we call ‘a perfect package’. Combined with the perfect location to flawless service to a lip-smacking menu, these restaurants pack quite a culinary punch. On the busy coast of Panaji lies a spectacular luxurious hotel, The Marriott and being located at Miramar Beach, the hotel sees a lot of action. It’s a popular buzzing place invaded by holiday seekers and locals alike. Marriott’s all-day dining venture ‘Waterfront’, is something special. It remains operational all through the day into the weary hours of the night. It’s especially popular with the guests, who like to come in after a long day at the beach or from a party, in hopes for a warm meal before hitting the bed.
Waterfront is placed beautifully, right beside Miramar Beach so you have the gorgeous view of the Arabian Sea at all times. It certainly adds to the experience when you get to admire the restless waves impatient to crash the shores. As the evening falls and you are sitting on the open terrace of Waterfront, enveloped in a cool sea breeze, watching the dark ocean twinkling under the moon, you get a sense of peace wash over you. Such is the magic of Waterfront. The restaurant in itself is contemporarily designed, including the bright vibrant furniture in red and green to a lovely muralled wall. The room is lit sharply by geometric shaped lamps hanging overhead. You are waited upon hand and foot throughout the evening. But the best place is out on the open terrace where you get the true gist of Goa.
Waterfront is an expensive and global fine dining restaurant, with a menu that covers a lot of base, including North-Indian, Asian and Continental cuisines. You can begin your day with Waterfront by opting for their lavish breakfast or choose to try out the appetizers section. Take advantage of their fully stocked bar before heading towards the appetizers, which entails, subz shammi kebabs, truffle scented wild mushroom soup, rawa fried squids, beet salad, tandoori pomfret, apple & smoked salmon and dahi pudina tikki. Fill yourself with mains like, pizzas, sandwiches, pasta, burgers, grilled tiger prawns, risotto, paneer butter masala, pomfret recheado, goan curry and pan seared chicken breast. Say adios to Waterfront on a sweet note with a plethora of desserts.
