K & K at ITC Kakatiya has been recently rechristened Kebabs and Kurries. The regal-looking restaurant with wooden entrance and pillars boasts of a prominent display kitchen. The cuisines offered are primarily Awadhi, Hyderabadi and from the North-West frontier. As is apparent from the name the place offers 'Kebabs' and 'Curries', and apart from biryani and desserts. With the change in name there is a change in menu. The new menu has the Awadhi 'Nehari', the slow-cooked lamb preparation with silky gravy. From the main courses, the mutton and mince based 'Rarah Gosht' and the tomato and onion based 'Murgh Khurchan' are absolute delights. Vegetarians will love the paneer version of the khurchan. The legendary 'Dal Bukhara' which is a signature dish of ITC Hotels is not to be missed. 'Kulfi' and 'Shahi Tukda' are 2 desserts to end the dinner with.
