Tatva is amongst a new crop of vegetarian restaurants that go beyond the typical South Indian or Rajasthani fare. Executive Chef Naveen Nagaraj, a non-vegetarian himself, says that he was motivated to join Tatva to both - challenge himself and also prove that vegetarian food does not have to be dull. Tatva serves what is arguably the best vegetarian rendition of the famous 'Galauti Kebab'. Similarly, the 'Shepherd’s Pie' here, which swaps lamb with soybean, is surprisingly enjoyable. Tatva’s menu reads like a greatest-hits culinary tour around the country and the world. The first page of the menu offers a glimpse of what to expect at Tatva. The soups selection features three wildly loved classics from 3 different parts of the world - 'Mulligatawny', 'French Onion', and 'Borscht'. It does enough to satisfy a gourmand while still appealing to a conservative palate. This balancing act physically manifests in the décor of the restaurant itself. The spacious dining area is partitioned into 2 distinctive sections - a vibrant and youthful café and a more formal and elegant family dining space with PDRs. The fact that even after 2 years there are frequent queues is a testament to how well Tatva has pulled off this balancing act. Prior reservation is highly recommended since Tatva remains busy through the week.
One of the finest veg exclusive dine-ins. Staff are polite and were accomodating requests. Food is good and very tasty. Well made with an excellent ambience. Rates are slightly on higher side. But definitely is good for the quality of goods delivered. Waiting time can be sometimes high. Booking through dine apps to reserve a table is not going to do any benefit as they might not honour it. My suggestion to organization: Pls appoint someone to pick up the phone so that we can book table. No one is picking up the phones. But definitely worth the eat.
Superb dinning. They have all varities of food. north, south, chinease, etc. very helpful staffs to recommed the food. We had a awesome biryani and the food quality is tasty. It may be slighty expensive but worth trying. recommended for a good vegetarian food.
So I went here for a treat from my friend and ordered 4 Aloo Parathas and Malai kofta sabji even though the Aloo parathas are the costliest I have ever seen(Rs 130+ taxes). First it took them forever to serve us but still I kept my calm. I was expecting a good amount of stuffing in the parathas but to my surprise, the stuffing was less than nothing, I lost my mind and started shouting at the waiter for making a fool out of customer, Rs 130 for a normal naan which was supposed to be a Alu paratha. He apologized and asked the chef to make another one and it arrived by the time we were finished eating. So, on the whole, we paid for 4 alu parathas which were basically naans. Please don't go to this restaurant if you don't want to spend a huge money for average food.
Place is big and many people can sit together. If there is a small party can be arranged here. Food quality is also good.
I went to this place with family and friends to enjoy my birthday lunch, but what I expected to be a beautiful experience turned out to be my worst nightmare. My 8 year old son just held the glass of water with both hands, and it broke into pieces, resulting in a deep cut in his right hand wrist and had to be given stitches. The staff had no answer for the poor quality of glasses and not even a single person apologized for this accident. Such a famous restaurant maintaining such poor crockery really shocks me. If their glassware is so fragile, then why do they keep it for kids.

Tatva inculcates the serenity and the ethics of an all-veg restaurant and becomes one of the few to offer a dining experience which takes you on a culinary tour itself. Though possessing an all-veg menu, they do not compromise with the taste and variety and perhaps this quite prominently have become their USP.
You’ll love the round the world rage of food they offer in a complete vegan manner. You’ll definitely not be disappointed with the taste as well. In fact, the talented and skilled chef does all that it takes to craft dishes so pleasing to the taste buds that you’ll never think you’re losing on a great taste being a vegan.
The ambiance of Tatva compliments and reflects the same spirits. With a decent and elegant seating on one side and the chirpy, quirky seating on the other, they promote a balance which makes it ideal for a family as well as friends dining. What can be a better option to choose in an all-veg restaurant? We guess, none.
The wide range of sections they offer in the menu will make you drool over the soups, salads, main course, and desserts altogether. The restaurant is generally crowded for the same. We recommend the prior booking to avoid the usual queue and have a hassle-free dining experience in this vegetarian paradise.
