Head over to Tilt to savour premium European beers without actually going on a Eurotrip. Tilt directly imports bottles from multiple European breweries. Its exclusive beer selection is head and shoulders above what you would get in retail or other pubs in the city. There are crowd-pleasing wheat and fruit beers as well as connoisseur worthy lambic sour and dry hopped IPA. There are legendary beers like the 'Hopgoblin Ruby' and the 'Erdinger Dunkel' and there are lesser known heritage beers from the Trappist monks of De Koningshoeven. The grub at Tilt is the kind of uncomplicated and robust fare that goes well with beer. Spice heads can order the 'Spicy Fried Idly' or 'Fiery Fish Fry', while others can relish the 'Devilled Eggs' and 'Charcoal Spiced Chicken'. Beers are undoubtedly the stars at Tilt, but the kitchen plays a competent second fiddle.
At first, I thought this was a microbrewery, but the owner took great pains to explain to me that they were not a brewery. Instead, the import various kinds of beer from Belgium. The menu has at least some 10 types of beer listed - maybe more. This was my first visit there, so I tried only one beer - a lager. The beer was great and the service was also very good. The music was not very noisy and one could have a decent conversation. The place is not very big but I guess it can accommodate maybe 50-75 people. The snacks were good as was the dinner. While they are mainly a Euro restaurant they also serve decent Indian food.
Been to this place few weeks ago, and got addicted to their European Beers. I'm not a beer person and these beers made me as one. Witte is the best one among all and the girls loved the cherry flavoured Belgium Kreik Food here complements the drinks at their best and it's a surprise for all of us to see European Beers and spirits in Hyderabad. Jenever shots are like the best dessert shots you can ever have.
Have been there recently for the official launch which was organized by Reserve Dine and my level of exictment was double from the same last time because celebs were also invited! As it was tilt so undoubtedly the food was lip smacking 😋. Watermelon punch~ refreshing and sweet. Belgian kreek~ my favorite beer of all time, I never go for anything except this. Crostini~ crisp and cheesy. Egg Manchuria~ was really appetizing and aromatic. I like the concept of making and was tasty. Fried idly~ this is one of my favorite dish and the taste of was buttery and spicy. Cilantro fish~ aromatic and brilliant in taste, the fish was really very soft. This is one of their signature dishes they serve. Tho I was for little time I enjoyed very much.
Went there for an office party. The place is small and the overall ambiance is okay. You may not be lucky to have a dance floor if the crowd is heavy as it doubles down as a seating spot for guests. We kept asking for non-veg starters and in return the waiters brought us more and more of veg starters. Orders took a long time to be served. I would give it a pass as the place seems to be focused more on costs than service.
They have variety of German and European beers and good part is you can buy a samples of each and decide which one you want to drink.
