Head over to Tilt to savour premium European beers without actually going on a Eurotrip. Tilt directly imports bottles from multiple European breweries. Its exclusive beer selection is head and shoulders above what you would get in retail or other pubs in the city. There are crowd-pleasing wheat and fruit beers as well as connoisseur worthy lambic sour and dry hopped IPA. There are legendary beers like the 'Hopgoblin Ruby' and the 'Erdinger Dunkel' and there are lesser known heritage beers from the Trappist monks of De Koningshoeven. The grub at Tilt is the kind of uncomplicated and robust fare that goes well with beer. Spice heads can order the 'Spicy Fried Idly' or 'Fiery Fish Fry', while others can relish the 'Devilled Eggs' and 'Charcoal Spiced Chicken'. Beers are undoubtedly the stars at Tilt, but the kitchen plays a competent second fiddle.
