Situated in the basement of O2 Hotel, this pub is a welcome change in the locality which had a dearth of good places for drinking and dining. Lots of red furniture and wood panelling, ladders stuck to the ceilings with some monkeys hanging, dim lighting, barrels turned table tops, well stocked and attractive bar, plenty of board games, in house DJ and interesting spread of food; it checks all the right boxes for a super hit pub. The menu is very youthful with a special section on fries from all over the world, where the alu bhujia from India with a chefs special masala dip is a must-try. Alcoholic pizza with tomatoes soaked in vodka is an interesting take on the regular margarita pizza, risotto jambalaya is a wholesome and hearty flavourful meal and yakitori chicken skewers with rice with some sweet and salty tone is well balanced dish. Overall, the food is delicious and makes you happy at the end of the day.
