This place exudes a fun and youthful vibe and transports you to a casual eating place in the Far East. The wooden décor with red seats, high ceiling and colourful lamps add to the charm. The seating is spacious and well-laid out. It is fun to watch the chefs at work in the theatre-style open kitchen. The menu represents the best of comfort food from South East Asia and there is something for every palate. The bar menu too is varied. 'Crispy Lotus Stem with Black Pepper and Curry leaves' is simple but unique. The food is well-presented but unpretentious. It is the flavours which are the winners in each dish. For vegetarians, the 'Spicy Malaysian Vegetable Curry' is a good option, as is the 'Vegetable Dumplings in Roasted Chilli and Soya Sauce'. Non-vegetarians are bound to relish 'General Tao’s Favourite Chicken'. The 'Nasi Goreng' is well-made and satiates you with its robust flavours. The portions are hearty and affordably priced. The service staff is polite but needs to be a bit more attentive. One can watch live sports on TV while dining here. The cocktails are fun and well-presented.
