Munch on appetizers like, wok tossed edamame, crystal vegetable dumpling, rock shrimps with spicy miso glaze, classic har gow, braised pork belly and celery & water chestnut dumpling. Feast on Dashanzi’s exceptional sushi and sashimi spread otherwise. Second course entails, stir-fried lamb in malak sauce, wok fried tiger prawns in homemade chili sauce, mapo tofu claypot and chicken rendang with steamed jasmine rice.
