The fun vibe of this place is infectious and palpable the moment you enter. The quirky décor elements cannot be missed and add to the charm of this place. Even if you are dining alone, there is never a dull moment as there are plenty of games to keep you occupied. The bar menu is a perfect example of innovation and offers ample choices. The food menu too is varied and the offerings value-for-money. Roast chicken and orange salad with honey sesame dressing is an excellent way to start one’s meal. Simple but appealing, it entices you. Paneer sanskari tacos sound interesting, and the piquant flavours are equally a palate pleaser. Lehsuni calamari proves to be the perfect pairing for cocktails. If something more substantial is what you are seeking, the ‘Hoppi burgers’ are a good option. In the mains, lemony butterfish is delightfully tangy. Indulge your sweet cravings with a sinful tiramisu. In spite of the place being crowded, the service is quick and alert and yet, allows you to relax.
FRUIT BHEL SALAD!!! at the rocking dancing place @athoppipola , Khar 👯. Went on a weekday and still it was crowded with decent peoples. It has a outside sitting as well as a closed one. It had amazing sitting area space and well crafted ambience with amazing styled chairs and a round table kept outside to have a rocking feeling. The DJ plays rocking songs which won't let our legs stop and keep on bouncing. A glass of alcohol on hand, dance floor all set with dancing peoples and rock music what else one wants at the end of the day. The staff was very much courteous and friendly. The Manager @saurabhazad100 helped in all manner from surprising the birthday boy to choosing there signature unique dish. The Chef - @sammit.kamat himself had conversation with me and explained how he creates a marvellous taste in his dish and also best thing of him was he keeps stuffs so readily usable that in his absence other staff can too prepare there tasty dish in the same tasty manner. Most unique salad I ever heard, A fruit Bhel. Perfectly blended combination of fruit and bhel and garnishing with oregano cheese chilli flates and soft vegetables. It was a perfect blend a salad can ever have. Really impressed with the way they presented it and the way it was prepared. A Must must try one 💞
A few years ago I absolutely loved this place. Such a great place to sit indoors or out, play a couple games, sip on drinks and later even dance away. Unfortunately the crowd has changed over the years and now it doesn't seem to be as much fun as it used to. I'm hoping for more age restrictions and maybe even some curated events. Hoppi used to have well organized events too, if ever one does turn up, it's a great choice. Food is decent for bar and prices are fairly understandable too. I hope to visit here soon again.
A really nice place to go and unwind with friends and family.. good food and great music topped with great service...must visit
Food was not great at all... presentation of food is also poor ..booze price is the only good point.... ambience was okok...
Awesome restaurant as one of the evolving and becoming people's favourite restro. Its slowly amd gradually making its own franchise of the name not in just mumbai but also outside it. For the first time in my life I had whiskey shots and I didn't knew dat dey r such bitter in taste and to equal the taste I preferred having cosmopolitan mocktail also. This mocktail always comes to the rescue when you had something bitter or sour indulged food or drink and loved the taste of the mocktail too. Loved the time spend here with the calm and serene ambience and with not so glittering light present inside this restaurant. To talk on the food I had white sauce pasta and Margherita pizza and both d dishes were delicious and mouth watering. Further to add the detailing part Aglio oglio was upto the mark as expected and more above it actually. Creamy white sauce with some veggies served with a perfect garlic bread as per the taste of it. Margherita pizza was thin crust having yummy cheese added on it with the basils for finishing touch of the dish. When it arrived at that time only it was tempting and well it was upto the mark. Will visit here again as now that the happy hours have started and also because want to explore more on the different varieties of cuisines provided here.
The quirks have taken over the city. All those pubs and drinking places have thrown convention out of the window and picked up fresh quirky ideas to pull patrons in. Boring staid decors are thing of the past, now the trend is with funky eccentric out-of-the-box concepts. While partying out in Mumbai, you may have noticed this popular chain of bars that are perfect example for unconventional approach. ‘Hoppipola’ has become a trendy popular fixture of Mumbai’s party scene and is a youth-centric place. Mumbai alone owns about four outlets of Hoppipola but try the one at Khar, its much more spacious and charming. You will find the outlet housed under Ramee Guestline Hotel on S.V Road or simply follow the trail of fashionable punters. For a casual drinking binge with friends, Hoppipola is perfect.
When at Hoppipola skip your regular beers and scotches and take account of their delicious signature cocktails. They are strong enough to numb your mind and lend you that happy buzz. Best part is their packaging. Cocktails come in quirky eye-catching containers like a birdcage, Edison bulb, bicycle, tub and baby’s milk bottle. Edible shots are also a great way to notch up your night. Food wise, Hoppipola tempts your palette with a grub spread of Continental and Mediterranean fares. Open the menu with, ooye gooey fries, harissan fish, jalapeno cheese bomb, chiseled prawns, khari khari spinach & corn, classic murgh tikka, sautéed mushroom with lemon chilli, chilli chicken bao and Korean fried chicken wings. Move along with, jerk chicken pizza, rich creamy mushroom pasta, crispy cottage cheese burger, peri peri biryani, lemony butter fish, chunky tomato & basil pasta and cilantro chicken.
Those popping in during lunch time can always go for Hoppipola’s bento boxes. They do two versions, Paaji ka Bento Box and Bangkok Bento Box. The chef spoils your sweet tooth with few scrummy desserts. Pick between a vanilla bean panna cotta or a choco block, which is served with vanilla ice cream. Service is attentive and prompt, elevating your evening. Hoppipola is designed in a light airy manner, giving a very Mediterranean feel with white and blue combination. Use of large glass paned windows in white walls is enchanting. Ambience is casual, relaxed and cheerful. Eccentric curios, birdcages, airplane and planters, instantly kicks up the artistic quotient. A shelf full of board games and books keeps loners entertained. For moderate prices, Hoppipola could be your next big haunt.
