The snazzy décor elements compliment the simple but elegant wooden seating arrangement. This spacious place with a generous amount of natural light filtering in is vibrant and warm. The bar at the centre is eye-catching with its colourful artefacts and selection of spirits, wines and beers. The humorously worded bar menu with its quirky offerings is unique. The food menu is varied with global food for every palate. It is the distinctive regional Indian offerings that stand out. Abundant vegetarian options too. The Chicken Mughlai paratha is worth trying. Served with spicy potatoes and a salad, it is reminiscent of the flavours of Bengal but a tad bulky and over-fried. The Oriya mutton curry with hand-made bhakris is a must try. The sweetish onion-based curry is comforting and pairs well with bhakris. Kasundi Chicken Kulfi, Litti Chokha, Bacon wrapped Roast Chicken are not to be missed. English vinglish among desserts, with Gajar Halwa sandwiched between Chocolate brownies, is interesting but not extraordinary. The food is easy-on- the wallet. The service staff is helpful and warm.
We visited the place for an evening and absolutely loved the ambience, food and the service. Music was so good, that we stayed well till dinner time. Absolutely recommended.
Me and my friends visited the Craftbar on Sat, Sept 15. The highlight of the night was definitely the live band, The Staircase Banned. They sang a lot of Bollywood numbers ranging from old classics to recent hits. The food and beers on tap were also decent. They accept Zomato Gold on drinks here. If you're visiting, I'd recommend going there over the weekend at night, when the band is playing.
Awsome place to chill out alone or with friends. Order a bear along with an ample array of snacks like grilled fish , charred chicken gril etc. Classic bar with excellent pop music and great ambience. Staff are very hospitable. Bar counter is class on its own.
Nice place for an evening hangout. Good service. Prices are moderately high. Also they have very limited veg options. They need to add a few
yesterday was my first visit to CRAFTBAR...its adjacent to my bank and i just wanted in for lunch...and what a discovery this chance walk in led to.... lovely decor ...warm colors...spaced out...languid and yet vibrant layout..instantly relaxes the mind..:) the staff was ever so charming and helpful...natasha took care that we were at ease with the newness of the place... the menu consisted a lovely mix of Indian and continental dishes with innovative names...and yes they have 'litti chokha' too....i was amazed to see 'litti chokha' listed there... the 'pavbhaji bruschetta' hit the palate just perfect with rains playing the orchestra outside...and the main course of 'crispy semolina and parmesan chicken' is just what the appetite needed... it was plated beautifully...lovely portion...chicken was crispy and tender to the right degree...and the sauce was complementing perfectly...mashed potato and the stir fry veggies were bang on ! this along with vodka with pomegratate and thyme('PUC~pollution under control)' was just what the afternoon needed...the smoke and its flavor in the drink felt like a monsoon bonanza... i am waiting to visit the place asap again.... was slightly over priced but was worth the money and time... loved it...recommending it...!!
