This 24-hour restaurant at the Juhu Residency Hotel is a preferred choice for many patrons. Mostly because the staff is always warm and courteous but also because of the variety offered in terms of dishes. The restaurant is adorned with dark wooden furniture and the Buddha statues and paintings are slightly misleading because you might think it is an Oriental restaurant. In fact, the highlight here is their Seafood. Think 'Prawn Curry', 'Butter Garlic Crab' and plenty of coastal seafood preparations. There is, of course, a lot of Chinese and North Indian dishes as well but it is the fish that is a clear favourite.

The coastal side of the menu is worth looking into as well. One trip won't nearly be enough to cover the length and breadth of Melting Pot's expansive menu. Hot pudding with butterscotch sauce or angoori rabdi wraps up the evening nicely. The elegant intimate setting of the restaurant makes it a great option for dates. A tranquil Zen-like vibe is brought on by several Buddha installations around the room. Lighting is turned low to elevate the cozy romantic vibe. Soft light bounces off the crystal wine glasses kept of the tables. Décor is very much upscale and classy. Melting Pot is a popular joint. Better book a table in advance. Prices are surprisingly pocket-friendly.
