The biggest USP at all the restaurants at the Novotel Hotel is that you get to dine with a gorgeous view of their swimming pool and the Arabian Sea as the backdrop. Olio has the option of sitting outdoors and witnessing this stunning view as well as the choice to sit indoors where there is a bustling open kitchen and warm earthy interiors. The decor is simple and contemporary with no over kill of not to subtle Italian themed decor. The emphasis is on the Italian food, particularly from Tuscany. The wood-fired oven pizza selection is a popular choice with diners as is their risotto.
