The multi-level seating areas and swish bar, add to the charm of this chic place. The menu offers endless varieties of sushi, dim sums, tapas and more. There are sufficient vegetarian options too. The bar menu is equally well-curated. The presentation of the food is virtually poetry on the plate. The amuse bouche - watermelon in lemongrass and chilli foam with liquid nitrogen fumes is a dramatic beginning to the meal. The Nigiri Sushi Tree is a treat for the eyes and the palate. The Tuna Enchiladas with a corn tortilla base and topped with spicy tuna, kidney bean salsa, grilled crabsticks struck me as unique. Steamed Polished Rice with Penang Curry has never tasted so good before. Although the dessert Chocolate Ball On Fire was executed to perfection, it seemed clichéd as it is currently the flavour of the season everywhere. The staff is well-trained and extremely efficient.
