I recently purchased bread sold by you at zepto, and the bread had fungus and the product was still not expired.

Guys please be cautious while buying from them. You might risk causing yourself landing in the hospital... horrible!!!

I recently had the pleasure of trying The Bakers Dozen's best banana walnut cake and coconut oats cookies, and both were exceptional. The banana walnut cake was moist, flavorful, and generously packed with crunchy walnuts, with the natural sweetness of ripe bananas perfectly balanced by the nutty undertones. Equally impressive were the coconut oats cookies, featuring a delightful texture—crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside—with a pronounced yet balanced coconut flavor blending beautifully with the wholesome taste of oats. Both treats were fresh and delicious, showcasing The Bakers Dozen's commitment to quality and flavor. Highly recommended for anyone with a sweet tooth!

Received Moldy Sourdough from Zepto | Baker’s Dozen - Major Quality Concerns

I ordered a Multigrain Sourdough Loaf from Baker’s Dozen via Zepto, and was shocked to receive it completely covered in fungus 2 days before its stated expiry date (11th Sept).

This isn’t just a case of a missing or wrong item—it’s a serious matter that could risk someone’s health. And all Zepto can offer in return is an apology and a refund of ₹152, all while making crores in revenue and topping sales charts.

For a brand that claims its products are fresh, preservative-free, and high-quality, this is a serious red flag. The fact that it reached me in such a poor state raises major concerns about both the storage practices at Zepto and the quality control at Baker’s Dozen.

I strongly urge everyone to thoroughly inspect their orders before consuming. Don’t risk your health on this kind of oversight.

Paid Rs. 165 for small 150 gm orange pistachio cake. So not worth it! Just regular sponge cake with few slivers of toasted pista on top. Local bakeries give far better pound cakes for this sum. Disappointed.

They’re selling maida bread & calling it sourdough. Was excited to get sourdough finally on Swiggy & saw the ingredients list - first is MAIDA in their country sourdough. Cannot trust this brand & their labels!

Ordered breads on the swiggy app yesterday.  Sad to say the sour dough pavs were sent with an expiry date of the next day and when opened to consume had all mildew n fungus on them. All the sliced bread ordered was so hard n crumbly.  Expect something better from bakers dozen.

I am Fora bread addict . When I found your multigrain last year  I have only been addicted to it  . From the price point and taste it was perfect . But Price has increased &u that's understandable due to the demand . But from  the last three months I noticed a decline in the quality of the bread . The slices are thinner , there are definitely less seeds and when I toast it there are holes in it . Why does this happen in India. Once the product is popular it slowly starts to lose its consistency
Well having said this. Now am on the hunt  for the next best brand  of bread .
