An array of delectable North Indian and Mughlai food is what this place is synonymous with. A popular family dining destination, the food here is consistently good and varied. The menu offers abundant options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The selection of cocktails is equally exciting. The 'Murg Zaffrani Shorba', a light and flavorful soup is a great way to start a meal here. Vegetarians can gorge on the 'Zaffran Signature Naanlets', which are their version of canapes. Of course, this place is a haven for carnivores with a plethora of options – 'Murg Chello Kabab', 'Jhinga Kalimirch', 'Zaffran Signature Butter Chicken' and 'Nihari Gosht'. The portions are hearty and the flavours robust. The food is well-spiced but not overly spicy. Their very own twist on classic dishes is what sets the food apart. The 'Zaffran signature Chenna Payesh' can match the one available in Kolkata. Service is warm and friendly. When in doubt, opt for the Zaffran signature dishes. The food can get heavy so order wisely.
Real value for money, very good food, good & pleasant ambience. Courteous and well behaved staff. Cleanliness and hygiene was also good.
Reaching new heights of unprofessional conducts and frauds. Does business against the government regulations and enforces diners to pay for a service charge against unacceptable and unprofessional service. Worth mentioning about the deteriorating food quality here observed of of late.
The cuisine they serve puts them in direct competition with a lot of other restaurants in the area. Nothing to complain about, but nothing spectacular either. If you want to have a proper sit-down meal while at Infiniti Mall, it serves the purpose. Nothing worth going out of the way for.
Zaffran is the place to be if you really wanna have some delicious food. Their chicken Biryani tastes put of the world. Icing on the cake is the ambience and wonderful staff! Keep it up!
Jun 24 dinner: Heard about this place and the good food here. Finally, managed to eat at their Infinti Mall Andheri outlet. The interiors are inspired from the Mughal times - upholsetry, ceiling design, pillars - nice and warm. Do order the roomali masala papad - its a masala papd turned upside down and goes very well with your drinks. Even the chilli cheese kulcha was cooked right and tasted well. Murg banjara kabab - was made a bit less spicy as it was for the kid - the taste was good. for the mains, we had paneer tikka masala - red gravy with soft paneer - lovely. It went really well with the chilli tandoori roti. The food is quite authentic in taste with good ingredients and the roomali masala papad is a winner. The service was good and courteous.
