A pioneering restaurant for grills, Barbeque Nation has perfected the art of serving meat-cuts; succulent pieces of chicken, fish and prawns, marinated in fiery red masalas and carefully strung across a dozen skewers promptly arranged on the charcoal grill is a heaven for meat-lovers also, there is a range of sauces and dips to choose from and the classic mayonnaise goes well with anything skewered. Its fish is delicious with the garlic and ajwain masala (Carrom seed masala) adding zing to the taste and flavour while the real soft core melts in the mouth.
Lots of delicious kebabs to start with brought to the charcoal fire set into the table. Lots of traditional Indian main courses to choose from at a buffet, plenty of deserts. Eat until you can't move. The chef will come and ask non-locals if they want non spicy food, the waiters will keep offering new selections. It is a no tip service and the staff are happy. Certainly a popular place to vist
This is nicely located for the IT crowd and team lunches. The BBQ is same as any other Barbeque Nation in the country. It's quite impressive how they maintain such good taste consistently. It is generally crowded and booking in advance is advised.
The food and service is one of the best. I especially enjoyed the starters, which on their own filled me, however, I am not a big eater. A good selection of dishes for all palates.
This is a popular place, so book and don't turn up late. First you start with the BBQ, with the food pre-cooked and just kept warm over a grill at our table. This was very tasty and we ended up eating far too much. We then realised there was also a buffet after the BBQ. I was not so impressed by the buffet, but it certainly had a fair choice. Definitely worth a visit
Despite of the fact that we have visited many of the BBQ, this one really stands ways apart, thanks to the staff, ambience, location, and of course the chef and live music!!!
