This is one of the first premium restaurants in the city that is inside a star hotel and that is why it offers outstanding service and the food that is a memorable experience. The seating arrangement is quite classic in today’s modern day and age but that is what you would probably love about this place. The olden style chandeliers and lamps are all great and they create a nice aura while dining. The menu is very well segregated and if you see closely, it is a nice and well thought no-nonsense menu that offers some tastefully done dishes. Start with the 'Dhuanar Mahi Tikka' which is this smoked sole fish marinated in creamy basil sauce and grilled in char. It has a very nice and enjoyable smoky flavour. If you are looking for something vegetarian, the rather innovative menu offers the 'Laal Mirch Ka Paneer Tikka'. This is marinated with raisins, mixed spices and Kashmiri red chilli. This one is rather simple but to attain that sort of taste and flavour also needs stellar experience. The mains as well are in fact quite classic but the whole idea is about the flavour and taste and they have nailed it. For instance, the 'Hare Masale ka Kheema' is a brilliant rendition of the minced lamb that is cooked with a mix of green spices, some garlic and chillies. This or most other curries pair really well with the 'Signature Chingari Naan' that is flavoured with saffron. We would recommend 'Jamun-E-Nazaakat' that is more of a glorified Gulab Jamun stuffed with Mava and nuts in the centre. Even the 'Lychee Ki Tehari' is something specific to this restaurant and we have not found any other restaurant serving this. So, make sure you get a portion of that one as well. All the desserts are very well balanced and not overly sweet and that is some good deal of substance.
