La Terrazza is one of the very few Tattorias (casual Italian diners) in town. The ambience, however, is an odd mix of the quintessential ‘homeliness’ of charming red checkered tablecloths, old spice jars, wild flowers, and an open kitchen; and the fine-dine opulence of fine wine and haute cuisine. As you swill down a glass of Chardonnay, order small plates of assorted bruschetta, tenderloin carpaccio with parmesan shavings or an assorted cold cuts platter. Once these are polished off, a pizza, handmade pasta, or even a calzone would be easy to move onto, but if you are in the mood to experiment, try the almond-crusted baby lamb shoulder with truffle-scented creamy polenta – crackly covering concealing tender meat beneath – delectable! The slow-cooked duck leg and grilled duck breast with zucchini roesti and grape sauce is also exquisite.
I been in spa..... After that.... I would like to eat something. I was seat outside... And after 30 minutes coming service with list menu. Time 4.30pm... I house veg pizzetta from the menu... Not available.. I change order.... Not available. Name of service takes. Bye bye.
Having been a regular at The Cafe which has an amazing spread for a Sunday brunch, we were not in for trying something new.. However, we opted for La Terrazza for dinner and found it to be a hidden treasure. It was amazing dining there, which has amazing Pizza's and the ravioli with truffle oil is a must try.. Joshua recommended the right dishes and ensured excellent service. Chef Anirban has done a wonderful job with La Terrazza.
When I am staying in Hyatt Regency Pune I always eat a La Terrazza Italian Restaurant. Food in delicious and the there is a perfect selection of Italian dishes. A special thanks to Joshua, Naresh, Priyanka and Saurabh for make me feel like home.
We stayed at the Hyatt Regency this November, and were offered amazing service. This enhanced our experience of dining at their Italian restaurant. We asked for the potato Gnocchi which was simply out of this world. One of the finest that we had from all the other dishes at this hotel. These simply melted in our mouths. Next was Penne with chicken & mushroom, this was good as well, though I would have preferred it a bit more soft and creamy. It will be injustice to write about the dark chocolate cheese cake with orange compote, it has to be eaten to understand the feeling. Naresh was excellent with his service and we wish him best of luck!
Was staying at the Hyatt and this restaurant is a great option right inside. The food is made fresh and the dishes are really good. Wine selection is impressive. Best of all is the service. Team of young servers took care of me for two night. Both Saurabh and Priyanka were professional, knowledgeable and nice to talk to. Look the up, they will make you evening better.
