The tasteful, uplifting décor exudes Zen, with a wood cabin feel in pristine white, amid verdant foliage. The clear overtone is of healthy, organic eating – suitable then for one to start off with a refreshing special juice. This includes a wheatgrass-aloe-coconut-water ‘energising’ concoction, another ‘anti-oxidising’ one of spinach, mint and bottle gourd, and so on. Another good place to begin is with their bountiful bread basket, coupled with a flavoured butter (a tomato-chilli foam or country-style chia white butter, anyone?).
