The tasteful, uplifting décor exudes Zen, with a wood cabin feel in pristine white, amid verdant foliage. The clear overtone is of healthy, organic eating – suitable then for one to start off with a refreshing special juice. This includes a wheatgrass-aloe-coconut-water ‘energising’ concoction, another ‘anti-oxidising’ one of spinach, mint and bottle gourd, and so on. Another good place to begin is with their bountiful bread basket, coupled with a flavoured butter (a tomato-chilli foam or country-style chia white butter, anyone?). Appetizers include the like of melon and herbs with feta, micro greens and gherkins, as well as a red lentil shammi, with baby lettuce crisps, broccoli chutney and a berry emulsion. If the sophistication of flavours is already wowing you, pair the gorgeous velvette of spinach and peas with white butter and fresh pepper with their BLT (butter, lettuce, tomato) sandwich, accompanied by an olive tapenade, karela chips and coleslaw. For something a bit more substantial, the paella of Basmati rice and Kerala brown rice with a tomato-grana padano melt, or the slow-braised lentil ragout with khakra crisps and tzatziki are excellent options. Alternatively, keep it totally light and dip in to the Mediterranean quinoa salad, scattered through with apples, walnuts, cranberries and Danish feta.

I loved everything about this place..ambiance, music, wide range of options on the menu and the quality of the food..and of course, the taste The only let down was the staff attitude..no smiles, some of them quite rude and poor communication skills
What began as a usual weekday lunch, shortly turned into a memorable experience. Imagine walking into a Spa, the aromatic smells of relaxing oils with a kind greeting and a luxurious amibance, well add some yummy food to that thought and there you have Sante! I was extremely pleased with the friendly and spontaneous service, the pretty and spacious interiors as well as the TASTY, HEALTHY food. "Activated Charcoal Lemonade" - This was such a refreshing drink. I had this at the start of my meal and it was such a pleasant start. No, it does not taste weird. It was sweet and lemony. Try it! "The Basket" - I loved the warm breads, so soft and a great nibbler. "Flavoured Butter" - I have never been served 4 different types of butter. They were strange to my palate first but I started dipping into them quite a bit later on. "Chocolate Granola" - This is technically a breakfast dish, but I guess it is ok to have a chocolate smoothie bowl before lunch, and call it breakfast, right? Well this was a highlight. For a person who hates smoothie bowls, my mother was surprised to see me eating away at it. Crunchy and full of flavor, I loved this bowl. "Low Fat Cottage Cheese Akuri" - To be honest, this was a fancy Paneer Bhurji, BUT OH MY GOSH, WHAT A BHURJI. It was extremely yum. I did not expect something so healthy and low fat to have such amazing flavors. The Toast was a little burnt, but I just had the bhurji plain. "Sweet Potato Pancake" - A unique item to come across in a menu, so I ofcourse HAD to try it. It looked a bit like a Hashbrown, but tasted like a pudla. It was quite different. I really liked the Sweet Potato Taste, subtle and crisp. "Black Hommus" - A MUST HAVE. So creamy and tasty. Served with crisp Khakras, this was a great great dish. It even had activated Charcoal in it. So win-win. "Sour and Spice Mushroom Dimsims, Carbon Dimsims and Crunchy Chlorophyll Dimsims" - I LOVED all 3 times but if I had to choose one it would be the Crunchy Chlorophyll Dimsims. Such a different taste but soft and crunchy and bursting of yummmmminess. "Vietnamese Chilled Salad Rolls" - This is served Cold. The filling it that of a spring roll. It wasnt a favouite of mine (I love hot stuff) but the chili sauce served with it was amazing! "Farm Fresh Pizza" - Sante is quite famous for this pizza, and rightfully so. One of the best healthy pizzas I have had. With a ragi base and loaded with veggies, this is a winner dish. You have to try it. "Bajra Riso" - Suppppper healthy and very simple in flavors. Add a little bit of tabasco and you'll gobble it up. "Roasted Broccoli Steak with Potato Foam" - I was very curious to try this dish. I love my Broc and wish it a Potato Foam.. whaaat! The Broc was cooked to perfection and the red sauce served with was great. I just needed more and more of the potato foam. Desserts (the important stuff): "Salted Caramel Mud Cake" - Lets just say, despite being super full from the savory food, I finished this in 1 MINUTE. So soft! So flavorfull. I want this for my next birthday. "Chocolate Matcha Truffle" - If you love dark chocolate and do not want to have too much, this is perfect. A small dessert PACKED of flavor and INTENSE dark chocolate. Mixed with Matcha, this dish had me taking slow spoons and closing my eyes. "Almond Muesli Ice Cream" - Quite a sweet ice cream, have this with a mud cake and youre sorted!! MY THING - THE TEA!! "Fennal Green Tea" - A great cooling drink. Perfect as an aftermeal drink. I loved this one. "Roobios Hibiscus" - If you like fruity, sweet teas, this one is for you. "Kashmiri Kahwa" - A favourite of mine. Sip this slowly. Feel the spices with each sip. It calms me down easily.
Pure veg restaurant with vegan options. The Thai curry/Rice was great as were the soup and the starter. However found the portions a bit small. Otherwise a great place to spend an evening.
I’m usually the kind of person who’d love his cheeses and everything unhealthy. But Sante was amazing!! I ate the Black Hummus (probably one of the best flavoured hummus’ I’ve eaten in all my travels). The pasta was excellent and the phulka burrito was a good attempt on a healthy burrito. A must go if you are in Pune or Mumbai. Things that can be improved - 1. Believe the takeout packaging can improve since the ban on plastic is in effect. 2. Sour cream needed to be a little more solid and cold
