Buffets at multi-cuisine eateries in premium hotels usually fall into two categories: First, cut and dried amenity meals which, unless tacked with a discount, no one really likes to pay for. Then there are glorified brunches where they throw in tapas, grills and a few namesake live counters in addition to the standard fillers and alcohol, at a price that induces euphoria associated with gluttony and meal deals. Spectra breaks this trend, decidedly and with great distinction. Chef Dharmen Makwana does serve a huge variety of food, more than anyone else in its category, but all of it is quite good!
