An easy and modest Italian restaurant, housing flavours from the Northern part of Italy and does not assume the safe label of to any cliché; it defines its own! Anticipate seeing some stimulating takes on the food, partaking crostini platters, Italian house wines, grappa and a refreshing selection of wines and liqueurs. The star is the 'Molteni Kitchen' standing tall in a blanket of glass, a harbinger of what you get here which is a meal centred on food, laughter and conversation plus makes it a wonderful visual treat. Coming to the food, there are no mediocre dishes here; everything is the first rate as head Chef Suprabhath Roy Chowdhury is no stranger to immaculateness. The caprese drizzled with balsamic from Modena makes for excellent antipasti. The selection of risotto and soup and the outstanding creamy spinach and nuts ravioli, fragrant with morel mushroom sauce is an absolute must-try. Save a little room for the heavenly ‘dropped lemon tart’ – delicious to the tee. The scrumptious meal can be rounded off with a cup of cappuccino or espresso. It is not as expensive as one may expect. It is thus satisfying to dine on good, authentic Italian fare out here. Buon appetito!
Visited with family. Mocktail was uninspiring. The beer and the wine were average. For appetisers we had rosemary chicken and bruschetta. Chicken was outstanding, the latter wasn’t. In main course, out of four dishes, duck tortellini and beef tenderloin were average. Fresh water fish and beef lasagna were good. Chocolate cake as dessert was nothing to talk about. Overall experience average.
Loved this place. Food out of this world. Service absolutely excellent and great venue. Definitely recommend even if not staying at the hotel. Worth the trip.
Great food and service, located in a 5 star hotel. All food was well presented. Taste wise I would say it is one of the best Italian food restaurants in the NCR area
Everything that came on my table was absolutely delicious. I would recommend this place 10/10. Great for family dinners, business meetings and even a date!
We came here for a quiet, calm dinner before heading to the airport. The Bolognese, Arrabiata, and chicken and tomato risotto we ordered were excellent. Even better than the food, however, was the service. Absolutely top-notch!
Glamourizing the simple pleasures of Italian cuisine has become the latest trend in Indian dining scene. The latest belief is to jazz up the modest ingredients by giving them an artistic flair, with modern day techniques and subtle yet visible sharp presentation. Following the trend is Gurgaon’s famous Le Meridien Hotel, which is home to a fancy Italian place that will make all your foodie dreams come true. The restaurant goes by the name of ‘Bella Cucina’, a stylish upmarket place that will stun you with its beauty and elegance. The chef steps away from the conventional expectancy of Italian gastronomy and carves its own niche with brilliant flavours and freshest of ingredients. Everything is top shelf here and take pleasure in the fact that what comes to your plate is of highest of quality.
The menu of Bella Cucina leaves the clichéd labels behind and partakes on variations of its own. Menu dives into the Italian gastronomy whole-heartedly and spans across the delicacies from the Northern part of Italy, paired by an immense collection of wines and liqueurs. Commence the evening by picking between, smoked chicken salad, bruschetta, seared yellow fin tuna, compressed beetroot salad, wild mushroom arancini, cured meat platter, black red & white quinoa, Bella Cucina garlic bread and macerated green asparagus. Move things along with a more substantial course like, spinach & nuts ravioli, cherry tomato risotto, braised pork belly, pasta Bolognese, Chilean sea bass, medallions, wild mushroom risotto, meat lover pizza, roast chicken, fettuccine al Genovese, confit chicken tortellini, chicken parmigiana, scallop & tiger prawn and cannelloni.
For the perfect sweet finish, try out espresso coffee mousse, gelato, petit antoine, dropped lemon tart and 8 layer chocolate cake. The exquisite meal can be rounded off with glass of wine or a cup of espresso. As you walk in Bella Cucina, your eyes are dazzled by a sunnily lit room flanked by a row of large picture windows, overlooking a gorgeous view of the pool and the lush gardens around it. Furnishings are stylish and formal, dipped in a variety of soft colours that does a lot to pep up the room. Dark walls are covered in landscapes of Italy, firming the theme again and again. The dining space is sectioned into several separate private seating areas to enhance cosiness and tranquillity. Bella Cucina is luxurious, classy, stylish and opulent in every way.
