When Le Meridien Gurgaon replaced Pullman, its acclaimed all-day dining restaurant, Sen5es, acquired a new identity, Latest Recipe, but the popularity of its daily buffet and Sunday brunch showed no signs of wearing thin. If anything, they are only getting better because of a palpable effort to keep the excitement levels up. Had the hotel’s bright and young executive chef, Tanveer Kwatra, lacked imagination, he would be happy letting Latest Recipe inherit the positives of Sen5es. He chose instead to surprise his guests with features such as the sherbet selection, the live noodle soup counter, the 'Japanese Pizza’ (okonomiyaki), a favourite of vegetarians, and a copy of 'Momofuku’s Pulled Pork Bun', which has been one of David Chang’s lasting contributions to global popular cuisine. From the Korean signature dish, 'Bibimbap', to 'Sri Lankan Egg Hoppers' paired with the 'Island Nation’s Prawn Curry', to 'Old Delhi’s Kanji Vada', 'Chana Dal Bharta', 'Tandoori Bataer' and 'Amritsar Machchi' given the tak-a-tak treatment, to the 'Teppanyaki ice-cream at the end, the daily buffet and Sunday brunch are crowded with options, and these keep changing daily. The girth of the spread can challenge the most gluttonous among us, but it is the depth of taste that stands out.

The hotel kitchen staff have done a fantastic job of developing tasty menus of local and international cuisines. But at times the table service lets them down. My last experience - tables were not set even ten minutes after occupying the table. Order placed for simple “appams” took more than fifteen minutes to deliver. Though there are many executives / managers asking customer about their well being and if “all was ok” - they miss the basics of ensuring that tables are set, orders are relayed properly etc. But overal - a great restaurant for all types of food.
Service in this hotel is so nice. I would rare excellent Sunil is such a good waiter 😁. The others are also very nice, hospitable and prof.
Food and services paradise! I can’t thank enough the entire team, specially Sayali (chef), Vishwajeet, Neelu (chef), Sunita and Jatin for making my experience extra special. The place has a great variety of international food. The Sunday brunch is a MUST!!! Absolutely wonderful.

Leading the evolutionary march is Le Meridien Gurgaon’s all-day dining venture ‘Latest Recipe’, which went through a rebranding to be where it is today at its popular self. Presiding on MG Road, the restaurant has only managed to elevate the popularity of the hotel through its adventurous menu and even better ambience. Latest Recipe is a major leap in the right direction and holds a lot of promise.
The restaurant starts operating early in the morning and remains open till midnight, so it can be counted as an all-day dining restaurant. Begin tackling its multi-cuisine menu through their breakfast spread, which offers you a plethora of hearty dishes to last you till noon. A full-fledged bar menu accompanies the food menu for you to enjoy it properly. Appetizers are mention-worthy. Tuck into, mysore masala dosa with duck khurchan, keema pav, chilli cheese toast, beetroot ki tikki, dahi ka cheela, kaffir lime jhinga, kulche, bater e khaas and Hyderabadi tala gosht. Main course deserves to be taken time with. Relish, gosht dum biryani, wok fried fish, Thai yellow curry, fish n chips, artichoke ravioli, pepperoni pizza, Burmese Khao suey, meen moilee, paneer pudina lababdar, grilled panini sandwich, assorted mushrooms in oyster sauce, udon noodles, three pepper lamb and pasta in mushroom & truffle sauce.
Kids get their own special menu. Dessert wise let yourself be lured with, gulab jamun in rose syrup, New York cheesecake, Irish Baileys crème brulee, baked anzac apple crumble and warm chocolate & walnut brownie. Latest Recipe is an expensive place to dine, keep that in mind. The dining space is created to reflect affluence, class and elegance. The interiors have a quiet sophistication about them, made to look even more refined with help of pale grey furniture and vast good-looking space. A row of picture windows at the end goes a long way to open up the room and a large skylight adds architectural texture to the room. Latest Recipe is a gorgeous place to take an important client too.
