This all-day dining brings a show kitchen which adds to the excitement and energy that is supreme to the lobby level of the Leela Ambience, with a tasteful yet relaxed atmosphere featuring global cuisine offering guests with a sensual world cuisine experience along with custom-made music, intended to suit the mood of the day. I would suggest you to set your appetite free to engross in an exploration of the senses. The food, as with the service, is enjoyable. Go for the buffet if you want a bit of everything which offers a great choice and especially the Indian and the Asian and end this gastronomic delight with a pick from the exotic dessert counter including creamy tiramisu made with fresh mascarpone, a slice of gateaux or just a crème brulé. Highlights from the á la carte include the ‘chorizo pizza’, ‘braised lamb shank’ and the ‘chicken shawarma’. The bar menu is indulgent too and the bartender is ever ready to whip up exciting cocktails or pour you a glass of whatever you fancy.
Really nice buffet morning, lunch and evening that made our choice easy while at the convention. The staff is very friendly, flexible and will take care of you. They will introduce you to chai, dosa and other Indian food if you wish.
This was absolutely not the experience I was expecting being a Leela property. We visited this place for a family dinner, and father being a connoisseur member with Leela, the experience was absolutely not satisfactory. The restaurant staff was disappointing and disrespectful. The food however was good but the entire experience was ruined by the staff. Won't recommend it .
One of its kind in Delhi in terms of services! When someone serves you food with utmost care and affection, it becomes even more tastier. Each and every staff member is courteous and helpful. I would like to specially thank Richa Dutta for her kindness and best services. She is a manager who manages restaurants in Leela hotel. She not only educated me about the different restaurants in this hotel but also about the type of cuisines served in each one and also about the special events which happens here. It was a pleasure talking to her. I would recommend you to contact her for bookings, special events and to celebrate special occasions. She will definitely provide you the best options as per your budget. I had a breakfast buffet here and all the items were well prepared and served well. Staff was regularly asking me what we would like to have and were serving us as well at our table. The presentation of the dishes was awesome. Masala dosa is highly recommended. I will surely return here as we had a great time and really enjoyed.
The buffet spread is sumptuous and well balanced with multi cuisine sections. Don't miss the Sunday lunch where the spread becomes grand with additional live kitchens. The staff is very professional and courteous. Good service.
Dear Chef. Harmeet Singh and I had a tremendous pleasure dining in your restaurant…. Yesterday the quality and the taste of the food was just out of.... highly recommend the restaurant. Wonderful food made with love. Special thanks to Chef Harmeet Singh From Harchetan Singh and Gurmeet Kaur
It takes a lot for an all-day dining restaurant to break away from the stereotypical conventions assigned by the industry. Many times they try through their exciting menu or by giving the diners a gorgeous ambience to revel in. New Delhi has its generous share of luxurious 24X7 eateries, part of those glitzy hotels that pops up on every second corner. It has seen a variety of set-ups but there are a few surprises left still. Take ‘Café Knosh’ for instance. The restaurant is part of posh The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel in Vivek Vihar and attracts quite a bit of suits, as the place gives them an elegant hush-hush background for important negotiations. Being an all-day dining venture Café Knosh is always buzzing with activity although it still maintains its business front.
The place is favoured by ladies living in the vicinity for a quiet brunch. As the day starts pretty early for them having a lavish breakfast here is a good idea. Their menu is a combination of North Indian and Continental dishes, which can be enjoyed with a bottle of wine or a glass of iced tea, whatever suits your mood. To kick-start your evening with Café Knosh its best to begin with an array of scrumptious appetizers such as, kurkure jhinge, tomato & bocconcini salad, malai paneer tikka, minestrone soup, horiatiki salad, gilafi seekh kebab, smoked tomato & fennel soup, anjeer akhrot ki seekh and patrani macchli. Main course is a delightful selection of dishes like, murgh tikka masala, lamb shepherd’s pie, kai korma, grilled Mediterranean vegetables, shahi kofta curry, farfalle alfredo, capricciosa pizza, barbeque chicken with herb jus and shahi mutton korma.
Finally to wrap up this evening finish with an indulgent selection of desserts. Café Knosh woos you with, gajjar halwa, sticky date pudding, gulab jamun, Philadelphia cheese cake, pista kulfi, traditional tiramisu, rasmalai, apple tart, coconut crème brulee and seasonal fruit flavoured baked yoghurt. Sunday brunch is one of their popular choices. Café Knosh is one of the expensive places, keep that in mind. Café Knosh is set in a sprawling way and done up in earthy tasteful way in tones of wood. To pep the room up they have used bright red chairs. There is plenty of space to sit. Café Knosh is elegant, refined and good-looking.
