A branch of the venerable 20th century New York institution, the Delhi Le Cirque is elegant, roomy, and has good service. It has the air of a gentleman's club and though the menu replicates some of the stodgier Le Cirque standards, such as pasta primavera, the chefs have moved beyond the New York original’s French pretentions to give a more Italian touch to the menu.
