From the Olive team, this little bistro is delightfully quirky and offers a laidback ambience. Its Alice in Wonderland-esque decor complete with a chandelier made entirely of chinaware mischievously suggests that this is where the Red Queen might dine. Quirkiness aside, the food here is tasty bistro fare comprising salads, burgers, sandwiches, bagels, pasta and the famed Olive pizza. The waffles stand out as they are served loaded with maple syrup, berry compote and a swirl of whipped cream. The cocktail list is impressive.
Olive Bistro is a nice little Restaurant, located in the Cyber Hub,the place where Delhi NCR goes to eat.The decor is unique - a chandelier made of crockery, wooden chairs with old look, table accessories in a tin rack, pizza served on a shovel blade etc.It is all very interesting. The food is also inviting and good.I specially liked the Hulk and red Harissa Cottage Cheese Pizza.Overall a good experience.
I was waiting for the right time to go to Cyber Hub because the place has a feeling of going out with someone special. So one of my friend came from Texas last week and I decided to take him to Cyber Hub. I searched Zomato and kinda liked Olive Bistro. We really liked the aura of the place, nice music, great sitting, nice staff. We ordered a Olive Bistro's Signature Milano-Pizza, a Coconut and White Chocolate Panacotta (Dessert), large JD and a LIIT. Pizza was awesome but we were disappointed with the dessert. My LIIT was okay, not that great. We were two and we had to pay 2598 inclusive taxes. I won't say that it's expensive because most of the good restaurants in Gurgaon are. But it's a good place. May be I'll try something else in dessert next time.
Olive Bistro has one of the best location in Cyber hub specially the out side seating arrangement provided the weather is pleasant in the evening. Overall a value for money place. I really like the pizzas and the burgers on offers. Although i didnt really like the tomato soup but the mocktails/shakes are pretty decent. I think it serves better Italian than the other counter part just few blocks away. However something that they definitely need to improve is the SERVICE...!!! It is very difficult to catch hold of the service guys. They are usually hiding away in groups in one corner of the restaurant.
Its a nice small restaurant at one end of the cyber hub. Food is good. Staff is courteous. Furniture looks little old. Even the floor looks very old.
Olive Bistro is us friends' classic safe bet - whenever we're not sure if someone will like one of the more niche but really tasty restaurants, Olive Bistro is what we're certain everyone will agree on. They make a really nice aglio oglio, the salads are nice, and it's one of the very few places around that doesn't play noise on the weekend. All in all, a good safe choice. :)

Flying dishes, talking animals, huge flowers, quirky décor. What does that remind you of? Okay I will give a hint. Wonderland. No? I am talking about Alice in wonderland. Why? Because her strange wonderland has burst into a hip new address. Olive Bistro! Its white washed interiors with kitsch burst of colours have found its way into the people’s heart. It feels like alice in wonderland theme party has taken over Greece. The restaurant is done in eccentric décor which actually makes it a lot more fun. The chandelier made out of hanging dishes is unique and huge pink pig statue in the outdoor seating area is amusing. The sittings placed in open are more often occupied than the inside of the restaurant. Big chalkboards hanging from the ceiling over the food counter displays dishes of the day.
The cuisine served at the restaurant is Mediterranean with soups and salads sprinkled with feta/goat’s cheese. Appetizers like borek, a filo wrapped feta cheese with greens parcel is offered. Balsamic mushrooms, lamb meat balls and glazed pork ribs are prepared with a skilled hand of the chef. The house offers variants of pizzas with every possible topping. Burgers and sandwiches are served too if you are more into hearty and fulfilling American fare. Full bodied pastas are hugely popular amongst the regulars. Rustic sauce tossed in the seafood with handful of pasta stays true to the Mediterranean menu. For mains king prawns & herbed gnocchi, river sole, chicken cassoulet anf baby lamb shoulder are exceptional. The fresh caught sole prepared in experienced way turns into pink flaky goodness. Olive bistro serves unique desserts too. OB signature profiteroles are filled with chocolate ice cream and drizzled with hazelnut & bitter chocolate. Sheer heaven! Their signature tiramisu is served in jars making it more fun to relish.
The bistro possesses a good wine list. The beverages ordered are of every sorts, alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Shooters, shakes, tea, aperitifs, coffee all are obtainable. The servers are very friendly and well informed. Olive bistro though located in cyber hub should be expensive but is actually reasonable enough. The quirky décor and vast wine/food menu attracts young crowd and loyal customers. It’s definitely worth visiting.
