I visited Taco Bell today with a friend, and unfortunately, the experience was not very enjoyable. The meal we ordered wasn’t served hot, and there was a long queue as well. Additionally, the tables weren’t cleaned promptly for new customers, which was disappointing. I didn’t particularly like the taste of the food, though that might vary from person to person. I would recommend they work on improving their service and overall food quality to enhance the customer experience.

The food was pretty much what you’d expect from a franchise standard, nothing out of the ordinary. But what really shocked me was the lack of hygiene. The tables were visibly dirty, with what looked like mold buildup from years of neglect. It’s hard to believe this place has only been open for a couple of years the level of grime made it feel like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in ages.

We asked for a glass, and what we got was honestly disgusting. The transparent glass had turned a yellowish shade, as if it hadn’t been washed properly in a long time. It was really off putting.

To be fair, the staff were polite and tried to be helpful. But they seemed untrained and unsure more like they were just standing around than actually serving. It felt like they hadn’t been guided on how to manage cleanliness or customer interaction.

This place really needs a serious cleanup and better staff training if it wants to match even the basic expectations of a fast food chain experience.

I recently visited Taco Bell and had a pleasant experience. The food was tasty, although the portion sizes were smaller than depicted in the pictures. However, the unlimited refills on offer made up for it. The staff was courteous, and the ample seating space added to the comfortable dining environment. Overall, it's a good restaurant with delicious food and great amenities.

Awesome restaurant. Food is great. Well prepared and served. The staff is very good and helpful. Our most favorite dish is cheese max taco. And unlimited drinks are the best thing here. The price is very reasonable and combo options are great as well. Cherry on the cake is when you get a payment discount on various payment platforms and help you enjoy the food. The location is very nice. It's opposite an open air theatre so you can listen to music and with a great view.

Tacos are fresh & good in taste.
But service is little bit delay due to always only one counter open.
Secondly all the running offers are not properly displayed thats why sometimes people confused in that.

Mismanagement i faced 2 times there. It has to be improved.

Apart from that its a good place to have small treat with friends.
