Like most starred all-day dining restaurants in hotels across India, Viva at Holiday Inn has also stuck to the same formula to keep the crowds happy. The buffet breakfast with a lavish continental and Indian spread and the lunch buffet with classic Indian dishes tempered with a few continental dishes seems to be the winning formula. As far as the a la carte menu is concerned one the best things on the menu is the club sandwich with chicken, ham and egg while the BLT or the bacon lettuce and tomato sandwich is a close second. For a delicious one pot meal, try the Kopi Tiam Laksa with prawns or the Khao Suey with vegetables. If you’re in for something lighter don’t forget to order their in-house Khichadi made with split green moong dal which you can opt to eat plain, with vegetables or masala. The Mudcake is one of the best desserts on the menu.
I really like the place & the quality of food was very good. I would like to visit the place again & again. Staff was also very nice & polite
Eazy Diner is a very good service provider. I took the help of Eazy Dinner and within a very short notice, they could get the table reserved as per my request and also ensured that necessary discount as committed by them are also passed on to the respective customer. It is really worth taking the help of Eazy Diner if you plan to go out for dining whether personal or business meeting.

It was my first visit to Aerocity area, and I was excited to be invited by the team at Holiday Inn to try their offerings at the Bengali Food festival at their swanky all day diner, Viva. With its wide variety of offerings in regional and international cuisine, the restaurant has gained a lot of expat and local clientele. We entered at 8, to see the place packed with foreigners and by the time it was 9, the local crowd was pouring in. The Ongoing Bengali food festival started on 17thFeb. and will end on 26th Feb. 2017. Priced at Rs 1600 the set menu offers a variety of starters, main course and desserts. We start off with some mouth watering street food dishes, PUCHKA with 2 types of water and JHAL MURI. In the starters, we loved the KACHE GHOSHT Ka KEBAB, MUTTON CHOP, and CHICKEN CUTLET. In the main course we were first served the YELLOW MUTTON CURRY , CHAL DIYE ALOO DUM , with crispy hot garlic naans, Both the dishes were mild, yet flavorful. But the star dish was DOI MACHI; it was robust and had a strong mustard flavor. A great combination of the dish was with the BASANTI PULAO, which was a bit sweet and loaded with dry fruits and nuts. The dessert offerings were THE RAS MALAI, SUNDRESH, ROSHUGULLA and MALPUA, which completed our meal. The service was extremely responsive
All-day dining could be a major let down if not chosen right. Usually North Indian food is the safest bet when dining at an all-day dining restaurant but if you prefer to be more adventurous then it can lead to a disappointment in most cases. But there are some restaurants that may keep an extensive diverse menu yet each cuisine is treated right and made beautifully. ‘Viva’ of Holiday Inn, Aerocity, New Delhi is one such prime example of a wonderful menu that goes well with their elegant tasteful décor. As the restaurant is quite close to the airport and is located in a well-known hotel, it is always buzzing with travellers, families and businessmen. Viva is a great place to dine if you want a lavish filling meal before heading for the airport.
