07 Oct, 2017 by Ruth DSouza PrabhuCome mid-September and the loud cheers and clinking of beer mugs across the city of Bangalore get much louder, and with good cause. Oktoberfest is an internationally celebrated phenomenon and mid-September to the first week of October is dedicated to it, even in Bangalore. But, if you have missed on all the great stuff that has happened so far, fret not. Here are some places where the celebration is still on and you still have 4 places that you can descend on with your friends.
Time to celebrate all things beer and beautiful! The Park Bangalore is hosting the “Ok To Beer” fest at Aqua and has teamed up with Bira 91 for some interesting beer cocktails and of course good ol' Bira on its own. Besides the wood-fired pizzas, you can choose to have the crumb fried prawns, the classic Wiener schnitzel and the sausages and mayo. There are some interesting packages to avail of like Rs 999 for 5 pints of beer with a 1 pizza and Rs 1799 10 pints of beer with 2 pizzas! That's a steal if you ask me!

It also has a dark Bavarian Bock to pay tribute to the Bavarian heritage of the Oktoberfest. Enclosed in glass, Murphy’s brewhouse gives you one of the best views of the city while you are sipping on your beers. It is also home to some great acoustic bands that regale you.
