10 restaurants in Kolkata are participating!

It is the fifth edition of this gastronomic food festival Gout de/ Good France, and, The Consulate General of France in Kolkata is organising this fabulous event with ten of the city’s finest hotels and restaurants from the 17th March until the 21st of March 2019.

The highlight of Good France this year is a curated menu celebrating the ‘Provence’ region while focusing on sustainability. French food requires a lot of French ingredients. However, this year, hotels are using a lot of local produce as well as some kind of local touch to their gourmet dishes. For the last four years, we have always seen only seen the restaurants from the five star hotels participating in Good France in Kolkata. For the first time, there is a standalone restaurant, To Die For, also participating in the event. The catchy part is that they are ‘vegetarian only’ fine dining speciality restaurant.
