Brightly lit interiors with shades of blue cutting through the pristine white, this coffee shop is delightfully cheerful. With some classics and some signature dishes, they are one of the best contemporary dining spaces in the city. 'Truffle Oil Drizzled Petit Cheese Kulchas' are a house favourite which comes with 'Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto'. The kulchas are soft and they are a great pairing with a 'Non-Vegetarian Kebab Platter'. 'Risotto with Forest and Field Mushrooms' is so good that you will want to polish off every grain from the plate. Its super creamy with the earthy notes from a hint of Truffle Oil and the Wild Mushrooms. Their signature single estate 'Madagascar Chocolate Molten Cake is luscious and devilishly good.
This restaurant is all about buffets. The sperad for main course is not that great. So are the desserts. The salads are good. Overall a limited spread for buffet. But its part of The Park.
The Bridge is the casual dining restaurant cum bar within The Park. It is not my favorite restaurant within the hotel but it worked. It has a more modern look than the Saffron. Service and food was good too. Buffet is really great with a nice spread covering multiple cuisines.
Definitely if its Park Hotel, it cannot be cheap. But not cost effective food compared to the quantity served at 5 star level. Taste was good.
This restaurant in The Park Hotel Kolkata is simply the best place to emjoy delicious food and what makes it best is their people , all the staff working out there makes it Awesome Place. Great Food, personalised service , care and attention. Would like to recognise a few staff working in the hotel for their exceptional services at Restuarant - one of the best is Biswanath then Arijit, and couple of more staff as I could not recollect their names and the managers are always caring and helping all the time with smile. I must say your people are the key differentiator.
I visited The Bridge during my recent repeat visit to The Park. The ambience is great and you can done indoor or outdoor. The breakfast spread is impressive and covers varieties from across the country and the world (except Chinese). On my first day I found the dinner spread a tad limited but the chef was more than happy to make any special dish. The staff was all soft-spoken and helpful. I would like to specially mention the hostess Alisha who always greeted with a smile and remembered small things like where I sit regularly, food preferences, etc.
