The different European you always wanted to eat!

Gone are the days of eating a classical Roast Chicken and some very basic European food. The restaurants today churn out the very experimental and very forward moving dishes. They are not only progressive in the way they look but also in the way they taste. This story is a salute to those chefs who are doing their bit to let the new ingredients shine out and let us people enjoy the best we possibly can.

Plancha, Camp Area, Pune

This quaint bistro is the talk of the town and it is surely one of those underrated places to get some great Modern European grub. The small team of chefs here dishes out some awesome dishes which are classics and they are all supported with their neo-classical sauces and condiments. The Pan Seared Chicken Breast with Pumpkin Purée and Mash is a great dish with substance. They even have Pastas and Burgers on the menu and they are all very promising. Finish the meal with the NY Style Baked Cheesecake or the Pancakes with Caramelised Bananas.

This has been a hub for people who love to drink beers and it is because they offer some stellar deals on International beers and drinks. But the great things they are not known for is the European food with some desi twist. This is probably to get the desi tastes on when you are done with 2 pints of beer. They are super famous for Loaded Jacket Potatoes with all sorts of fillings and stuffing, so make sure you get one of those to start with. The other interesting dishes from the mains include Grilled Fish with Lemon Caper Sauce, Roasted Rosemary Lamb and several other classics which are finished well.

Without any doubt, this is one of the cult restaurants which started the trend of European food in India. The Reuben Sandwich or the Loaded Sloppy Joe Burgers, they got it all and they nail it right. The Signature Wafer Crust pizzas are great too, more like eating cheese chips with your favourite toppings. Even the large plates are very well done, some of the best ones include Deli BBQ Pork Ribs, Lemon Butter Calamari, Deli Roast Chicken. The portion sizes are quite a lot. So, it is a great idea you share. But their in-house Icecreams may be something you do not want to share.
