The Year of the Pig Celebrations at Szechwan Court, The Oberoi, Bengaluru
This is a special, promotional menu designed in a-la-carte format. The dishes have been chosen by Chef David Wang keeping both tradition and his home town (Beijing) in mind. A lot of the dishes are very local in nature and influenced by the produce of the spring season, being not only the New Year but a spring festival as well.
