Touted as one of the most exclusive restaurants in Goa, this place is for those who love the art of pampering. Situated at the lobby level, it is named after Goa’s first executive chef at the Taj Mahal, Mumbai in 1939 – fondly known as Masci. Sit in air conditioned comfort, or at the verandah overlooking green acres, the place provides a perfect arena with a small recess for the maestro's gastronomic delights. Start off with the the forrest mushroom cappuccino with drizzled truffle oil to set the tone. Move onto the chef’s interpretations of Masci's chorizo terrine. A hidden fact; this was one of Masci’s favourite dish. This restaurant oozes old world charm and sophistication and is definitely a must do on one’s visit to the sunny shores of Goa.
