Chef Ewan is the artist behind small plated preparations such as the 'Baked Sardines on Toasted Ciabatta'- boneless sardine fillets sprinkled with wood fire roasted capers, lemon, chilli, parsley and garlic served with fresh rucola leaves on ciabatta toast. A must have before you carry yourself out the door is the 'Oreo Chocolate Mousse' in whiskey jelly, honey ice cream and honeycomb. A perfect cliff-hanging experience.
