The décor is warm and elegant, the bar well-stocked with Joe's trendiest mixes and an open kitchen where chefs silently go about stir-frying your senses. Jump start with the Honey-Glazed Pot Roast Pork Ribs (Thai) with Ginger Plum Sauce first on the list. Follow that with the Thai Garlic-Peppered Prawns – deep-fried prawns tossed in garlic, black pepper and bell peppers.
