Do not let the name Heart Cup Coffee fool you. Yes, they do have an extensive coffee menu, but you would seldom see patrons sipping on a cup of coffee over here. Heart Cup wears many hats, but its best described as a casual watering hole with a distinctive beach shack vibe. 'Froid Craft Beer' operates the in-house microbrewery. While the 'Stout' and 'IPA' here are not particularly great, the heady 'Triple Wit', as well as the sessionable 'Bella Blanche', are crowd favourites. The best thing about the food selection is that it does not try to be too clever. It is an honest offering of popular dishes from Indian, Western, and Oriental cuisines. I usually find myself going back the tried and tested favourites from the Tandoor to go with my drinks. The busy events calendar at Heart Cup gives you ample reason to keep coming back through the week. Cover charges might be applicable for special events.
Please check your bills before paying them, they Charge double for some items in between. It happenned to me and later when I complained they didn't return my money. So be careful.
Had very high hopes, but the entry itself was dug up by govt , micro brewery was not working , initially they told draft beer was also available but somehow managed to serve us.A Saturday with just about two or three tables occupied tells the whole story. Food
This place is apt to hang out with friends or for after-office drinks.. the place has a chill vibe to it. Food is good, especially non-veg & the music is nice.
The team of heart cup coffee jubliee hills are rude and uneducated enough to manage the situation. I must say they should learn to behave first and not embarrass people!!
We visited Heart Cup last evening for drinks and dinner with friends. We did a reservation for 9 pax through zomato and got a confirmation also for the same. However on reaching we had to make an effort to link up with someone who could escort us to our assigned seating. Though the name suggests a coffee house but in fact it is more like a beach shack with music drinks n dinner. We liked the ambience and the general set up. The drinks menu was decent but should include draught beer and Old Monk for Rum lovers. The food n snacks were just about average and overpriced for the quantity and size of helping. The place offers all types of cuisines including Indian Mughlai Oriental and fast food but none of it was authentic and was like something somewhere and presented to count a dish. The place has a live band but the acoustics and the performers failed to connect and were not up to the mark. We still enjoyed our evening as the company mattered and the staff were friendly. Though we expected the place to be available till 12 midnight as mentioned in the app, we were surprised to see the staff standing by our table and requesting us to leave by 1130 itself, probably because of weekday effect. For moderate drinks, light snacks n dinner we spent around 3000 per couple as against the app estimate of 1600 per couple.
