Heart Cup Coffee

Amazing Place for Chill Vibes, Tasty Drinks, and Spicy Food

I recently visited Heart Cup Coffee in Jubilee Hills and had a really great time

The atmosphere is lively and perfect for hanging out with friends or just relaxing in the evening
Music and lighting give a very cool vibe.

I tried two drinks: Long Island Iced Tea and Daiquiri both were excellent

The Long Island Iced Tea was strong and balanced, All spirits were mixed nicely and the taste was smooth, not too sweet. It definitely gave a nice kick

The Daiquiri was more refreshing and slightly tangy, It was served chilled and was perfect to sip slowly

For food, I ordered Spicy Grill Chicken and Garlic Naan.

The Grill Chicken was very juicy and cooked perfectly, It had a strong spicy masala coating, just how we like it in Hyderabad. Good portion size too

Garlic Naan was soft and had proper garlic flavour It matched well with the chicken even though it’s not a usual combo but worked surprisingly well!

Overall, I really enjoyed my time here Drinks were strong and tasty, food was hot and spicy, and the whole place had a cool and energetic feel

Nice place on a good weather day, else can feel bit hot as the place is open air so no air conditioning. 7 spirits is a must try. Had descent food options and good taste

We were in Hyderabad for a few days and it was for the new year celebration and we were looking for some nice places to spend on time and have a good dinner. We went to a few cafes, restaurants and pubs but I think this is the best café I came across.

It is a very spacious place with a lot of sitting areas.
The interiors were open and were very relaxing.
The DJ played very nice songs and it was really nice.
The food was also good.
We went very late to have dinner at around 10 pm, but still, they stretched the closing time of the kitchen as we were around 9 people.
The service was really good.
Nice parking space and was near to the city so no problem of transport.

Cons-

The washrooms were dirty as somebody just vomited all over the place, and there was nobody to clean it.
Handwash was also missing from the washroom.

This cafe is accommodated in a small area, which makes the seating congested. Maintenance is poor. Service is ignorant. The place is lacking cleanliness. There is no separation of smoking and non-smoking sections. I ordered two appetisers and one pasta, all of which were salty. I wouldn’t go here again. 50% off coupons on swiggy and zomato are just deceiving tricks to get people here.

Lovely food, I tried their chicken lasagna, cluck cluck pizza, Asian chilli chicken, pepper chicken dry and some mocktails
Food and drinks are amazing. My fav was lasagna and their chilli chicken
Service is good
Atmosphere is little down with the old furniture and being open space there are bugs around which is unavoidable but food dominated all over
We visited on a week day so there is only light music and no live band or anything
Used zomato dine in offer and got 50% on food and drinks, it is also applicable on alcoholic drinks it seems.
Whole burn to the pocket for 3 - 1600

1 word- Pathetic
Service is Negative. I can't even rate.
Services are so poor. Waiters won't even look at you for orders. They will stand so far away that You have to wait for 10 mins just to call them for order.

Fiod is very very average.

It's a place for people who love alcohal and sits for 4-5 hrs.

I will rate this place 3/10

Really nice affordable place. Menu doesn't have wide variety of items but you can't go wrong with any. Cozy and warm interiors and they serve alcoholic drinks as well. Last but not the least they have valet parking.

A cosy space which played 90s music (which was to our liking) and offered good prices for their food. F&B pricing is pretty good, although food quality is lower-mid on our chart. Service is reasonably quick once you place your order - but getting someone to service your table might take some time.
