Start exploring Ming Yang’s awesome Chinese menu through the appetizers such as, butternut squash dumpling, char siu puff, lotus root fritters with sweet chilli dip, squid tossed with pepper salt, crisp fried Sichuan chilli potato, honey glazed pork spare ribs and seaweed lobster soup. Move along further with, kailan in ginger wine sauce, Singapore chilli prawn with steamed bun, Nanjing peking duck, Hakka braised pork belly, lamb & kenya beans in XO sauce, seafood Japanese udon noodles and sliced chicken in ginger wine sauce.
Sip on a cup of gourmet tea alongside your meal and find comfort in this small ritual. For desserts Ming Yang does spiced crème brulee, origin chocolate mousse, jasmine tea rice pudding with poached peach raspberry compote, mandarin darsan and date pancakes with vanilla ice-cream. The dining space at Ming Yang is simply breath-taking with vast airy dimensions and soft wooden furnishings. Potted Bonsai plants here and there, a huge golden dragon and rows and rows of teapots displayed on the shelves makes up for the décor of Ming Yang. Sit next to the plate glass windows from where you get a lovely view of the outdoors. The look is elegant, light, formal and classy. Expensive but worth it.
