The place has a good atmosphere and quite a large seating outside. They do also have indoor seating but we opted to be seated outside.

The service is quick but the food was quite disappointing, everything more or less tasted the same and nothing really authentic about the flavours.

The tacos were average and so was the nachos, the guacamole was nice however.

The chicken wings weren't really good and the burrto bowl was also alright.

The Cajun chicken with cilantro rice however, was very good and the rice was cooked perfectly, the sauce as well was delicious, the chicken was cooked well.

The Nutella cheesecake wasn't really a traditional cheesecake but nevertheless tasted very good.

The Tres leches was a huge let down for anyone who does love Tres leches. I had high hopes for the Tres leches but the Nutella cheesecake was a far better dessert.

Visited Poco Loco in Bandra West for dinner, and while the flavors really impressed us, the portion sizes left us a little disappointed. The place itself has a cozy, vibrant Mexican vibe, great for a casual evening out.

? What We Tried

Mexican Tortilla Soup – tasty, warm, comforting, but honestly just enough for one person.

Enchilada – the best dish of the evening; crispy tortilla with well-balanced fillings, a must-try.

Taqitas (Paneer) – interesting to try, but with paneer it felt more like eating paneer bhurji in a tortilla roll.

Burrito Bowl & Aeros Mexicano – both mains were flavorful, but the quantity was quite small for the price.

✨ Food & Service
The food overall was tasty, and the service attentive and polite. However, for 2+ people, you need to order multiple portions to feel satisfied, which makes it heavy on the pocket.

? Tip: Great for trying small plates or sharing starters, but if you’re coming in a bigger group or with a big appetite, be prepared to order more than usual.

⭐ Overall Verdict
Poco Loco serves authentic-tasting Mexican dishes with good service and a lively vibe. Just wish the portion sizes matched the price tag.

I tried Poco Loco a few weeks ago, and overall it was a good experience. The food was great and the flavors were really impressive. That said, the chicken in the enchiladas felt a bit off, which was slightly disappointing. Another small hiccup was the service timing they brought the appetizers and the main course together, so we had to ask them to reheat the mains. Despite these issues, the food itself was enjoyable, and I’d still say it’s a decent spot for Mexican cuisine.

Their food portions are only meant for a child. Ordered pasta which tasted sub-par and was given without any bread as well. The quality of the food doesn't match the pricing at all. Would avoid such a place in a city where good food is available at good prices almost everywhere.

I recently visited Poco loco to experience something. They hosted a table for everyone in association with black and white and world on a plate where delicious dishes were curated by the master chef Australia winner and paired with black & white cocktails.

Table for everyone is a fun concept where strangers and friends come together, share food, drinks and conversations, play games and more

You can enjoy this special menu till the end of November at different locations including poco loco.

Possibly the best iteration of Mexican cuisine alongside Jamjar's.

Wide selection of dishes and so good to see things besides the regular Nachos and Tacos that everyone offers.

Opt for the Enchiladas in Lamb because they are easily one of the best Mexican dishes you will find in the city. Quesadillas are also good, but I personally can't have these if they're not made with Beef. Chimichangas with a cold beer are divine.

Flatbreads look good, but are completely passable. Same with the Bravas.

Kudos to the owner who always tries to provide special attention and doesn't hesitate to double up in serving at the table. Shows a true love for her craft and hospitality.

Authentic Spanish Tapas and Fantastic Cocktails in a Hip Setting!

"Poco Loco is a delightful culinary escape in Khar.

The atmosphere is hip, lively, and uniquely styled, making for a great dining experience.

The restaurant truly shines with its food—the Spanish tapas are authentic and innovative, with a fantastic selection of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian small plates perfect for sharing.

Additionally, their cocktail program is highly creative often described as chemistry-inspired, offering expertly mixed drinks that are a must-try.

With its posh patio, delicious food, and great energy, Poco Loco is a highly recommended destination for Spanish cuisine and a fun night out in Mumbai."

Poco Loco turned out to be quite a treat! The chicken nachos were awesome crispy, generously filled, and the avocado on top added just the right touch. Definitely something I'd recommend.

But the enchiladas? Absolute hero of the meal. Perfectly balanced flavors, and they stood out in every way.

Tried both soft and hard-shell tacos they were good, but not extraordinary. The soft shell had a slight edge for me, but both did their job well.

One downside, though: the outdoor seating had way too many mosquitoes, which made it hard to fully enjoy the experience. Definitely needs improvement there.

Would I go back? For the enchiladas, absolutely.
