The culinary experience here is comfortable, with a good range of fare in all-day buffets and a small, well-put-together à la carte menu. Sip on a hot Bournvita or chilled tender coconut water over starters like fried shrimp, pesto fish fillets, assorted kababs, paneer pakodas and veg spring rolls. If it is the bistro meal route you would prefer, the potato and leek soup is wholesome and complements sandwiches such as the Pacific Rim of tuna, gherkins and mustard-mayo on ciabatta. Mains span Western-style fare (such as seared striped fish with a mango vinaigrette, traditional tenderloin steak, and mushroom-bell pepper lasagna), Pan Asian fare (such as nasi goreng, stir-fried lamb with ginger soya, exotic Chinese greens and more) or Indian food (such as prawns in a mustard-tomato gravy, creamy, cashew-rich paneer lababdar, mutton biryani, cauliflower kulchas and pudina parathas. Desserts come recommended by regulars – not for exotica, but for stolid good flavours. In these, sample the jamun-e-gul, kesari rasmalai, assorted pastries, cakes and ice creams, sugar-free poached pears in low fat cream or the fresh fruit salad.
Been here for breakfast with family.Service is excellent & staff are friendly and attentive .Special thanks to Manager Mukesh & his team
Boulevard has fairly decent spread, whether for breakfast or buffet dinner. However, the items lack any speciality in terms of preparation or taste. It's fairly standard stuff. Food items are not hot by the time you take. Refilling of items is also slow like the rest of service. One expects more from a place like Boulevard, especially for the price it charges!
We booked our stay including dinner as the buffet in Orchid Mumbai is quite good. However, we were in for a big disappointment. We went there for dinner. Regretted it. At the chat counter, the puri in pani puri were stale. Starters served at the table were cold. And not many options to choose from. Paneer in the starter was stale - very chewy and rubbery. The biryani and noodles were cold, despite being on a hot plate. The the bhindi in bhindi salan was of poor quality - something that one would never buy from the market for cooking at home. We found only dal rice to be good. And in the dessert section, could not go beyond the first bite of rasgulle. The jalebi was cold and soggy. After our experience, we opted to have dinner outside on the second day.
My experience is from the perspective of a caller who wants to get some info to further visit the hotel. I was looking to book a table for 10 people for a small get together and wanted to check if they allow the use of swimming pool along with the sunday brunch. They have prominently advertised on a hoarding outside the hotel about the same. First call first point of contact- Ms. Poonam, mentions that use of pool is only allowed for in-house guests. Upon mentioning that I saw a hoarding stating otherwise right outside their own hotel - she says she would confirm with a senior and get back. Transfers the call to Mr. Pradeep instead, without appraising him ofmy query. Repeat the same question... Get transferred to Mr. Suraj.. And a full repeat to the cycle above. Disappointing. If this is how you are dealt with at the first instance.. The path ahead seems rather uncertain. Called thrice between at 09.45 am and 09.53 am on 06th October 2017.

The service team is quick as well as attentive. The pricing of dishes at Boulevard is quite affordable. Basically the diner buffet in Boulevard costs around INR 800 and lunch buffet around INR 700. Taxes are extra. Both credit card and cash are accepted. The place offers a very fine dining experience so it is prudent that you get reservations done in advance.
