The chic and semi-formal space is perfect for quick dining as well as languid meals, hosting live music, sports screenings, expansive buffets and a huge à la carte section. The breakfast menu, for lovers of this meal, is a delight – several healthy items have their calorie profile helpfully mentioned next to them, while the variety of egg preparations will leave you quite satisfied. Also worth a look are their various combo breakfasts, and the smoked salmon bagel, cinnamon French toast and delicious Asian rice congee with ginger, soya sauce and spring onions. Bistro dining options include items such as fish and chips, ham and cheese sandwiches, kathi rolls and a formidable tenderloin burger, besides a succulent aglio olio e peperoncino pasta. There is a separate midnight menu, while the all-day dining one is quite large, – the variety spans from a Penang laksa with bok choy, tofu, flat noodles, sprouts, chicken and boiled egg, to garlic-poached prawns with basil or a poached salmon entrée. A small Indian menu includes the like of makai akhrot ki shammi (sweet corn and walnut patties), soft mutton-lentils-cardamom fried shikampur kababs and tandoori malai broccoli. There is also hing aloo dhaniya to pair with tawa parathas, or Goan prawn curry with steamed rice. For dessert, some of the milkshakes here do stand out – a peach melba, peanut butter-banana and one with cookies and cream, to be precise.
